    recurring charge on ********** by EFS Companies. I called ***, they said there was a contract with ***************. *************** says they only handle claims that we need to call ***************. Voice mail says they are routing me to the "Home Warranty Support Team." That voice mail says "*************** - **************** No one calls back. This complaint is for my father, ***** ****. He has dementia and does not remember anything about this charge. I am his son, **** ****, and I am responsible for paying his Mastercard. I tried to cancel this charge with **********. They took the charge off for awhile but put the charge back on. I looked up *************** and they are an IT Services and IT Consulting. This is a scam! I think EFS is in on this scam

    I started getting charged a little over $100 about 3 months ago and realizing they werent helping me out with ********************* so I decided to cancel my plan with them yesterday. However, they have NOT been clear with how exactly to cancel services. I spoke on the phone multiple times with their customer service. They told me to send a cancellation letter through mail, another told me theyd cancelled it yet nothing changed, and another promised me a callback d the same day on June 3rdno response. All I want is for them to make it clear what I have to do to cancel services. Or just cancel my plan with them outright so a bill of over $100 dollars stops being on my bank statement every single month.

    I was convinced to sign up for some sort of vehicle insurance policy, but I did not realize what I was signing up for. This was unsolicited and in my confusion I was taken advantage of.I am not even sure what company I need to contact to get this cancelled. My credit card is charged each month since November but I cannot dispute the charge unless I attempt to cancel first. But I am not sure where to begin.     04/07/2025 at 2:11 AM woke up to a notification that this transaction was pulled from my account. I have no idea who this company is and had started a dispute with my bank to refund me the money I have not talked to anyone at this company or agreed to this transaction at all i need them to refund the money as this is part of my rent

    On March 11, 2025, Mr. ******* ***** purchased a *************** Contract for a 2015 **** Q7 from Empire Auto Protect. EFS Companies LLC is the billing company responsible for processing the recurring monthly installments, which are due on the 7th of each month.

    Upon review of our records, it appears this complaint may have been submitted in error, following an additional message on this board from the consumer stating:

    I was dealing with Auto Refi Protect to lower the monthly amount of my car payment. Nothing was ever finalized with them, I did not refinance my car, and even though I made numerous calls to speak with someone about the issue I could never make contact with anyone. Whenever I called the phone would ring once and the call would be dropped. Evidently Auto-Pro sent my information to Ensurety Finance Services LLC to provide service for my vehicle even though the refinance was not completed with Auto Pro. To date I have had three charges (1-10-25; 2-10-25 and 3-10-25) on my credit card of $133.67 for a total of $401.01. I would assume another charge on my account is scheduled for the 10th of this month. I would like this account closed and the full amount of $401.01 refunded to me as well an any future charges completely cancelled.

    ************************* a billing company. We process payments for both home warranties and vehicle service contracts.  We do not sell, nor cancel policies.
    Our records indicate that on August 28, 2024, a vehicle service contract was purchased for a 2017 ****** Sentra from Direct Vehicle Protection, a company selling policies on behalf of ***************.  At the time of the sale, recurring monthly installments were set to draft against Ms. ********* account on the 28th of every month, starting 9/28/2024.  EFS Companies LLC. was responsible for processing the monthly charges for this coverage.  
    To assist, I notified Direct Vehicle Protection of your concerns and requested that someone contact you immediately for a resolution. Direct Vehicle Protection advised that a refund of all monthly installments was approved. The down payment collected, of $179.00 was refunded on 3/12/2025 and 6 monthly installments of $179.00 each, were approved on 3/18/2025 (A copy of the refund receipt attached).  If you prefer, you may contact Direct Vehicle Protection customer service at ************ and reference contract DVPMC60797. They will be able to assist you with any further questions that you may have.     I thought I had purchase a additional medical Insurance Plan and He purchase a home owner insurance at at rate of ***** per month then it went up to ****** without his approval. I would like a full refund for all the months I paid ***** and the last five months ****** for the next five months.

    Our records indicate that on September 20, 2024, Mr. ******* ******* purchased a home service contract for address ******************************************************************** from Americans Home Warranty, a company selling policies on behalf of ***************. At the time of the sale, recurring monthly installments were set to process against account 4157 on the 20th of every month, starting 10/20/2024. EFS Companies LLC. was responsible for processing the monthly charges for this coverage.  
    To assist, I have notified Americans Home Warranty of your concerns and requested that someone contact you immediately for resolution. Additionally, EFS Companies LLC. refunded the January installment of $149.99 and placed the account on hold to prevent additional payments from being processed (refund receipt attached).     We reject their response.  We would like to have a mediation.  They discharged all of that money and it would have not been what we would have done.  He never had a reason to have that type of insurance.  He buys appliances used and repairs them with a family member.  He had a lot of healthcare stuff going through the mail.  It somehow got misconstrued with the healthcare billing.  Once we knew more about the prices, it went to a higher amount for the insurance.  He had no interest in buying this insurance but got linked in to it.  He is adamant about getting a full refund because it is something he would never had used and never would have tried to pursue this.

    Upon receiving the rejection from the initial response- EFS Companies LLC. reached out to the seller, to assist with the customer's concerns.  Americans Home Warranty promptly conducted a thorough review and advised they were able to speak directly with the customer's daughter.  During that conversation, they provided additional product details and terms.
    However, after carefully considering the additional information provided by the customer's daughter, Americans Home Warranty has decided, in good faith, to process a full refund back to the customer's account.
    We trust that this resolution addresses the concerns raised and hope it is found to be satisfactory.

    On 10/16/24, a recurring $276.94 charge was initiated by someone posing as an auto-repayment company (EFS), stating our vehicle would be repossessed due to a change in our payment policy (handled through ******). The call was initiated by me at the instruction of a piece of urgent mail, recieved on the day of the initial transaction. There is no way this alleged company is providing any coverage or care or service for us as we have confirmed uninterrupted service with all other providers. Upon recognizing the fraudulent nature of the charges, we have sought refund to no avail.

    This unscrupulous company has preyed on my finances, offering my mentally disabled husband a scam car repair service and using my credit card after cancellation to continue to steal and no services ever rendered!!

    Ms. *****, our records indicate that on August 18, 2023, a vehicle service contract was purchased for your 2017 **** Fusion from ***********************  ************ sells policies on behalf of ***************. At the time of the sale, a down payment of $187.00 was collected directly by Vanguard Vehicle Armor.  Recurring monthly installments were set to process against your account on the 18th of every month, starting September 2023.  EFS Companies LLC. was responsible for processing the monthly charges for this coverage.
    To assist, I notified Vanguard Vehicle Armor of your concerns and requested that someone contact you immediately for resolution-after receiving an email from you regarding your concerns on February 3, ********************* advised that the **************** Manager was able to speak with you on February ****** and collected the final installment of the coverage- making your contract complete with no additional payments due.  They also reported that you were able to locate the policy booklet and review the information, resolving any concerns that you may have had. On February 4, 2024, we received a follow up email from ******************* confirming that the issue had since been resolved.

    I apologize for the delay for this response, however EFS Companies LLC. is a billing company.  We do not sell, nor cancel contracts. ******************* has attempted to contact you several times since the filing of this claim, however, were unsuccessful. 

    Ms. ****, our records indicate that on September 27, 2024, a vehicle service contract was purchased for your 2004 ********** from ********************  ************ sells policies on behalf of ***************. At the time of the sale, a down payment of $195.00 was collected directly by Empire Auto Protect.  Recurring monthly installments were set to process against your account on the 1st of every month, starting October 2024.  EFS Companies LLC. was responsible for processing the monthly charges for this coverage.

    I did notify Empire Auto Protect of your concerns and requested that someone contact you immediately for resolution. *********** attempted to reach out to you on December ****** and again on December 16,2024.  They advised they were unable to speak with you or to leave a message.  After several failed attempts, Empire Auto Protect refunded the November installment and cancelled your policy (A copy of the refund receipt attached). 

    You may contact Empire Auto Protect customer service at ************ and reference contract EMPRT53811.  They will be able to assist you with any additional questions that you may have. I hope you find this resolution satisfactory.
