    This company has been harassing my grandparents, ***** and ***** **** at *************  They continuously call them and they are sending them bills. The bills make it seem like they have been paying them and they haven't. The bills look fake. They state they are on there it is automatic payments. They are claiming they owe until January 2023. They claim they owe over $800. My grandparents are in their 90s. They call them demanding money

    Your grand parents do in fact have an account that is billed through us, and they have for almost 2 years. However, there is no birth date required for this, so there is no way for anyone to know the age of the person who has the account. Having said that, we are just a payment processing company, and not the company who sold them the policy. I have emailed their customer service manager, and asked that they reach out to the account holder to clarify.

    I bought a warranty on 1/27/22 from ******** ******* ***** and am billed through EFS. I was lied to about the coverage and when I try to contact the company it goes directly to voice mail and the mailbox is full so I cannot get the help I need. I also found out that EFS changes the billing name almost monthly. They have billed my account under the names of,
    Auto Warranty 1/27/22,
    EFS Companies Drive LLC 2/27/22,
    EFS Companies 3/27/22,
    EFS LLC Companies 4/27/22, 5/27/22 and 6/27/22
    and EFS OMEGA 7/27/22
    This makes it almost impossible to keep them from charging my card. I even closed the card I had and got a new one and they found a way to charge me anyway. This is deceptive and I want my warranty canceled.

    As a payment processor, we do not cancel policies, but we have forwarded your complaint to ******** ******* *****.  

    Your payments have continued to process after you changed your card, because YOUR BANK automatically updated the information with us, so you would need to speak to your banking institution to clear that up.
