The first installation of the reverse osmosis system lasted 2 months. After the 2nd system was installed, I had absolutely no hot water coming out of any faucets in the whole house. Not sure what the guy did, but he needs to learn how to deal with plumbing if he going to install water systems in homes. The hot water tap has absolutely no water at all coming out, hot or cold. This business is out of ******, **

Paid for replace waterheater. Left my old heater in the basement, promised to return to take it because is too heavy. Never came back, called couple times, still no one show up. Ask if they finished everything before you pay. Should withhold part of payment before they finish everything.

Do not trust this company. Two weeks ago they came and gave me an estimate for a backup generator. The sales representative said he needed a check to lock in the price, but it would be held until I got back to him. I told him I was still thinking about it earlier this week. Friay, the bank notified me that they cashed anyway. They are very untrustworthy.

They are a big rip off, I am on to them for 1,200 this is 75 foa a trip here, 310 for an analysis which took 2 minutes. 385 for a permit they didn't need and a 325 re stocking fee since I canceled them because they wanted to charge 6,000 to do the job.

We purchased a $16,000 whole home generator from Tri State last year. Installation was shoddy at best. We had to have them back several times for problems - one of which was a natural gas leak from a pipe they failed to connect properly. Come to find out, they never even checked the pipeline. During the initial test, the generator began to vibrate off the pad. They had never even secured it. Their installation crew left problems that were not only inconvenient, because of the return trips, but dangerous. We also purchased the extended warranty and service contract. **************** is horrendous. One of their big selling points was being able to contact someone 24/7. They scheduled a maintenance appointment and were supposed to arrive sometime between 8 and 5. After waiting all day, no one showed. No one called. Can't get an answer from the office. So much for the 24/7 service. Good thing there wasn't a problem with the generator, since we have a someone in our home that requires an oxygen concentrator. That was the main reason behind the generator! Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered. These guys are the worst. Shoddy workmanship, terrible service, unreliable service people, their only concern is sales. Once they have your money, they're done with you. Good luck contacting anyone using the numbers given you on the contract. I wish there were a rating lower than a 1. If you're considering purchasing a home generator, DON'T buy from Tri State. RUN FAR, RUN FAST.

Hopkins Air Conditioning ("Hopkins") purchased ************** in 2022 or 2023. Hopkins took over the contract as my air conditioner was installed in April 2022 by Palm Beach Air. When the 2 year contract ran out I had another company do the 6 month checkups as they sent out coupons for about one third the price that Hopkins charged. In July 2024 my evaporator coil was leaking. The part is under warranty but the labor to install after a year is not. I wanted to get a quote from Hopkins to decide if I wanted to use them for this job and possibly in the future for bi-annual checkups. They refused to do business with me because I used another provider for work in the past for the checkups. This is in my opinion an outrageously negative business practice. Hopkins says they are a family business. I find them to be a mean, vindictive, mean spirited family business with this type of attitude. I would hope others take this into account even though they do good work. There are many other companies that also do good work. In my opinion, no company should be in business with this type of business practice and attitude.

So...I have had this generator for at least 3 years...thinking almost 4 years. No issues with the actual generator. Now, the service and ease of reaching anybody is a different story. Of note I referred 5 people to them for new installs and 3 of the 5 purchased generators ( one actually gave the credit over to their family member). Now I get the "service contract" letter in the mail. Thinking that I didn't get the year credit for an additional years service we called and left a message on June 4th. Called again and held for 12 minutes and no answer. Elected to drive to the physical office which was a surprise to say the least. Not a professional or presentable looking business site. The personnel there ...well did not present as professional either. So she asked for the name on the account and then commented that the service contract expires this Friday. Interestingly, explained that the reason we called on June 4th was to resolve answers to our questions so that the contract could be addressed in a timely manner. Her comment upon pulling up the account was interesting and appropriately followed with when was our last service?? She replied in August. So working on 10 months late for the service. Here is the interesting part...this happened in 2023 and then again in 2024. So essentially we are owed 2 service calls at no charge; moreover, unsure of the effect on the equipment. We mentioned that the last person we referred had not been credited for our "free year of service" for the referral. The office staff advised this is a single "oil change" and "not a premium service contract like we have now." I think I would hate to know what the basic contract results in. Oh, and I also referred a 6th person that purchased a Generac because they wouldn't answer the phone or return a call. They bought within 1 week of the phone call. I am done referring and will now shift my focus to revealing the experience especially to ********** potential customers.

I've had the AquaSystem for a little over a year now. It was installed by Tri-State Water Power & Air.We were originally told my salesmen, that the system can be moved once for free. Any subsequent moves will be at customer cost. We Buy a house request to have system moved. Tri-State Water Power & Air will Charge $125/hr to show up late to have system disconnected. When I say late, I mean like 2.5 hours late. I took off half day from work to get system disconnected. Then they charge you $125/hr to move the equipment to new location. Then its $125/hr to re-connect system, and another $250 for the reconnect. Mind you the second time the Guy showed up late, and I Mean *****************. Like 3.25hours late. Called 15minutes before installing letting us know he ran out of parts to re-install system. WHAT!? Mind you I haven't been told about the annual servicing that needs to be done to my water system. I call to complain about late install, and the required $590 +/- they are wanting me to pay for showing up late Twice. I schedule annual cleaning, it has been rescheduled three times already.....Next Scheduled appointment is 4/8/24 during the solar eclipse....Yay
