We went to one their Seminars in Baltimore in March of 2023. They claimed to have an exit plan to get out of our time share. We spent over $6,500. They kept leading us on to continue to have to us send in more documents. We kept calling them and and emailing them. The last time we sent them documents they requested it was returned back to us. We tried to call them and email them. Their number is disconnected and the email was blocked. We would like a refund. They are a fraud and a scam. Nothing has ever been resolved. They do not do what they claim to do . They just steal your money.

I have been trying to get in touch with them since early August and all of their lines are either out of service or "They are not accepting calls at this time". It has been 26 months and there hasn't been any progress yet. Last time I was able to talk to someone was on 16 July 24 and have tried 9 times since with no contact. Not only did it cost a lot of money up front, which was a huge mistake on my part, but have since paid over $2,000.00 dollars on maintenance fees with this years fees coming up in December. We have 160,000 points that we cannot use and if we do supposedly it voids the contract with them. I know and feel we have been totally ripped off. I would appreciate a call back from Scott immediately.

I'm still waiting for them to exit me out of my time share since 09/2022. Initially had contact with my representatives by phone or email but I was the one who had to reach out. In July I was told everything was almost completed. I just received my maintenance/tax bill, and I have not paid for 9 months on the mortgage due to their representatives' direction. I have had no contact with them since 10/2024 (and that was me emailing them). I tried emailing and calling today with return to sender and number was missed dialed or no longer in service and the one number I had been provided to text (my number is blocked from sending texts to it). What do I do now?

ZERO stars! I read that some people were able to exit their timeshare. Good for you. I started the process July 20, 2022. It is still not complete. Others have written Resort Legal Service is no longer in business. Phone numbers not working. Sent email today, it came back, rejected. Now what? What action are others taking? What recourse do we have?

I wish I could select no stars at all. We paid $5,715.00 for Resort Legal Services to help us permanently get rid of our timeshare. Their phone has been disconnected and their website taken down. They're out of business and we're still stuck with our timeshare and the loss of our money. Thanks, LK

If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading the most recent reviews, I'm in the same situation. Paid them over a year ago, sent all paperwork, was told not to pay maintenance fees. Was in contact with ******* only when I called. Sent email after email with copies of collections letters. Spoke with ****** in August and she informed me she was taking over ********* case as she has left the company. Have been trying to call all the numbers I have. They're either disconnected, don't go through or a robot answers. Sent multiple emails asking for a phone call. This company stole our money!

Does Resort Legal Services have a better contact number? The 800-number is no longer working. I paid for service in June of 2023 and still haven't received my release document and haven't received any updates in two months.

On 8-15-23 we met Resort Legal Service at the ******************** for their presentation. We were told that we would have a meal and receive a $50 **** gift card. "Sarge" did the presentation. *************************** was the Advisor. I was told that the person handling the gift cards could not attend that evening but that the mix-up would be corrected and I gave him all our contact information. After a month I called the corporate office and talked to *******. She put me on hold and checked. She promised that the gift card would be activated and sent to us.It has now been two months and we have not received anything. To make things worse I now cannot get any contact on the phone after multiple calls. I also have tried emailing and the email does not go through. This whole experience seems awfully suspicious and disappointing.

My wife and I sat in a meeting in September 2022 and were very sceptical about whether they could get ** out of the timeshare ownership and began to become very concerned by January 2023 no real progress was made. We received a email in June 2023 that our timeshare ownership has been terminated which took away from the worries of ever getting out of it. I would have given a better review however it is July and we have not been able to get final money and documents for our records and to reimburse our credit card company ( the extra closing money which was decided to be returned to me).

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We do everything we can to take care of our clients so when we get appreciation, it is definitely appreciated. The finalization did take place about 30 days ago and unfortunately the final money aspect takes time. However, we have final authorization of that release, so you should be receiving it within the next couple of weeks. You should also have an email from us in regard to this as well. Hopefully, once you do receive it you can edit this review and give us a 5 star. It was nice working with you and enjoy being timeshare free.
