    I have ordered from MSQC almost from the start of their company. I have had very few problems and when I did it was fixed immediately. Yes, their shipping has had some recent issues but no matter where you order from today there will be issues. They have gone above and beyond to help me no matter what it was. I struggled for several month not being able to get emails from them and they did every thing they could to help me resolve the issue and we finally got it fixed. I love their videos and have learned so much from all they offer. It is definitely one of the best companies out there if you are going to shop on line. And frankly THE best in person shopping experience you could ever hope for! Yes, if you want it now, that can be a problem if you dont have a local store or one that you can drive to, to pick up something, but you cant beat their inventory. I have never been dissatisfied from anything I have purchased from here. I love MSQC and all they have to offer. I will continue to order from MSQC and will not miss any of their videos! I look forward to Friday every week to get my inspiration! Thank you MSQC for all you do!

    I received the advent box this year and boy was I glad I did. It was well worth the value and I will definitely buy it again. I also love the fact if something is not right or damaged the customer service at this ********************** is top notch and will make it right!!

    I have been a quilter less than 6 years. With MSQC's videos, I have learned so much!I have bought the Christmas Advent box in 2021 and 2022. There have been so many helpful, interesting, and fun items in both boxes. The boxes are my Christmas gift from my husband. I am thoroughly glad to have he box both years. I love receiving a different, surprise gift from my husband every day! Next year, he already knows to order it as my Christmas gift from him. And like I said, their videos have helped me immensely in my various stages of learning .Someday, I hope to be able to visit ******** to shop in *****'s stores and see some of the quilts from the videos in person, I see so many negative comments about MSQC and their Christmas box... Makes me wonder if they really did buy a box or have a grudge for some reason - but they are truly not living the Christmas spirit .

    This business has excellent customer service. Their products are of excellent quality. The Christmas box contained items useful to me or challenged me to try something new. Their quilting service does excellent work.

    I discovered Missouri Missouri quilt company a little more than a year ago. I have ordered from them numerous times. I have been very pleased with all of their products, as well as their tutorials. Occasionally there is an error, but when I called customer service, they fix it immediately. There are some frustrations with the shipping time, but I blame them on the shipping companies not Missouri Star. They are such a wonderful company, offering encouragement, and knowledge, and quality products to quilters at all skill levels.

    I LOVE MSQC, the family, their videos and their products. I ordered ****** Christmas box this year, and was not disappointed. The items were varied and selected with care for a diverse audience. Im not sure what some people were expecting, but Ive enjoyed each item, and the accompanying videos. Looking forward to ordering the box again next year! Thanks, ***** and MSQC!

    I liked the Christmas box. I enjoyed opening a fift daily . I will do it again. There are some things I will not use, but I expected that. Those not used will be given to my quilt guild. I appreciate MSQC making this Christmas advent adventure available

    One of the best company I have ever delt with. I have purchased the Advent Box for 3 yrs in a row now and every year it gets better. I love everything about it. Definitely will keep doing it every year .well worth my money.
