    Love this company! Both in person and online - great customer service and friendly, very helpful. This was the first time I've bought the Christmas box. It was so fun and had great items! I will definitely to it again. I've watched many of their online tutorials and find them very helpful.

    I have shopped at Missouri Star both In person and online. I have enjoyed both experiences very much! No complaints with their customer service at all! I enjoyed the Christmas box very much! It is quite an undertaking to curate 25 gifts to appeal to a majority and they did a fine job!They put a lot of free instruction and content out for all to use. It is quite an undertaking they continue to do in *************** of Hamiton. I applaud them!

    I love Missouri Star Quilt Company. It is a family run business that genuinely cares about their customers. Hand written notes in the shipments and excellent community services when there is an error. The quality of their products are exceptional! Participated in the Christmas box this year and really enjoyed the daily opening of unusual gifts I would never buy for myself. Are there things in there, I might not get around to? Sure but I knew that going into the purchase.

    Love their customer service. The few times I've interacted with them they are always polite and cheerful. I love the products I purchase from them and all the FREE tutorials they offer. I feel a strong vibe of hometown, family service.

    Their Christmas Box program is fun; video quilting tutorials are great & inspirational; machine quilting service is terrific. Always courteous customer service; amazing online inventory and shopping. One of my go-to sources for quilting supplies.

    Amazing customer service. Shipping time is fair to good. If something was broken, missing or never showed up it was replaced quickly. Products are good to excellent. If I am stuck while doing a product I can call customer service and they will help me through it. I can call them for ideas or questions and there is an option if I just wanna talk. No one is perfect ok, but this company is pretty dang close. And the Christmas Box is phenomenal with items more than I paid for and a heck of a lot of fun ! I have done the Christmas box for the last 3 years and plan on doing it again next year. I just really cant say enough about this company. There is a lot to check out and learn and is ever growing. It is a caring company and fun.

    Just finished my first year with the Countdown to Christmas box and I couldnt be more pleased! All the items were so fun and I cant wait to try out all the projects! Of course, I wasnt really surprised because all of my experiences with Missouri Star Quilt Company in the past have also been excellent. I always get everything Im looking for and more. Their selection is wonderful and their customer service cant be beat. I highly recommend them!

    The Christmas box was awesome! I have been to MSQC and all of the employees were very pleasant, kind and helpful. Definitely want to go back. Shipping does take a little time but if you want or need something quickly you should go to a local quilt store. Their selection is fabulous. My favorite place to order quilt fabric and supplies from!
