      Liberty has lost checks that were stamped by Liberty. They continuously place my payments in a wrong account even though I send the coupon with the payment. Their price is at least doubled compared to other utility companies nearby. This business should not be allowed to exist.

      absolutley horrible experience . 4 months trying to turn power on to a home. Ive been run around and still watiing for a call from the illusive construction crew that doesnt have phones or way to contact them . Billing problems , no one to talk to about these things. Cannot change contact person on the bill. numerous and important issues with these folks. I am reporting to the commission.

      Liberty has ****** up the billing. I received partial bills. The customer service has lied, and told me to ignore future bills. Then these greedy f**** say I owe more! F*** Liberty! There are public meetings scheduled in *******, *****, and ****** this month (June). I will be there! I hope people pack these public meeting out, and we can stop Liberty!

      We received a packet of pieced together bills (and then received an identical packet). The bills were portions of bills for the previous 4 months, meaning we owed about 4 to 5 times our normal bill all at once. Their terrible billing system has caused a stressful situation for my family. Their only response was that they made a mistake and now it's being fixed. Their communication has been extremely poor and makes it difficult to understand what we are paying for (maybe that is their strategy?). I know that my review is not an outlier and many others have had the same issue. Maybe this will lead to some change.

      Thieves and crooks, another energy monopoly strangling people during an economic crisis. This horrific water supplier recently saw fit to increase billing rates nearly 80%, and they didn't even have the nerve to send out notification of their crooked actions. Erroneous charges for meters that never previously existed, and the water supply itself is overburdened with Calcium and incorrect chlorinated adjustments causing horrible smell and build up. Already had to replace nearly every faucet in the house, even CLR can't keep up with the hardness of the water supplied by Liberty. Disgusting.

      This company is beyond overstepping, the new water bills have went up over 200% a month and was never billed for months on end and customer service is beyond rude and will flat lie on the phone.

      My bill skyrocketed one month to 4 times what it normally was .... and this was when no one was living there and the heat was turned down to 50 degrees! I called and got nowhere! After watching the news last night, I now know I was scammed. Cancelling service asap!

      There is fraudulent activity associated with this company that I have reported to the ************************ as it occurred on my 89 year-old fathers account. They gave him a number to call to pay his bill when he called their company and one of their employees set up their own LLC to steal money from him. He paid his bill over the phone with them and they never received it. His credit card company showed the charge to an llc fruit company. I tried to reach out to a manager there to inform him of his employees activity and have yet to have correspondence with this person. This company is shady and should be shut down.

      Being disappointed is a severe understatement when speaking about this company. We were not billed for 7 months, after multiple phone calls we finally got our first bill. The website experience is absolutely horrible, it wont let me register my account or lookup the account. I can however see my bill, there is no breakdown of the bill, just a number that needs to be paid. Whatever. I just want to get this over with by now. When I try to link up my bank account, it says "The amount you entered is invalid because it is either above or below the allowed amount for this service". I clicked on "pay in full" I tried to input my own number, nothing. ******** company, if I didn't have to use them I wouldn't. I don't recommend them in the slightest.

      Poor customer service. NO response at all to multiple attempts to talk to someone about getting our billing right. They are 1/3-1/2 higher than other electric companies just miles from our house. Maybe its because they pay their CEO millions and pay their Board of Directors salaries. Maybe because companies based in ****** dont care about our title community. Maybe they should stop bragging about what they are doing for the environment and start caring about people who are just trying to pay the bills.
