    I did not sign up for a Platinum membership and they have been charging me for 11 months $29.97. I would like to receive a refund for all of the money that they stole.

    Bought the Weighted Hula Hoop back in November and I've been charged every month since then. Over $178 without my knowledge, not anywhere did it state that it would be a recurring charge. I would like my money back and to cancel all reccuring charges.

    Purchased the eyebrow stamp in October finally got it in November and then noticed I was charged ***** this month when I wasnt notified of being charged or of what for. I never signed up for a membership or to authorize any more money coming out of my account other than for what I purchased. Would like my money back and not to be charged any further.

    I ordered an eyebrow stamp kit back in October and the charge cleared my card october 27th for $14.96, now just yesterday (11/07/2022) I was charged $29.97 with no explanation and again on (12/07/2022) I see others saying it's some membership but I didn't check any boxes or agree to any monthly membership. I would like for this to be resolved.

    Ordered one thing for ****. They have taken an additional ***** every month and I didnt sign up for a subscription, nor have I received anything else. SCAMM SCAM. SCAM

    This company is def a scam I ordered 1 product and they provided some foreign tracking system over 8 days ago and still no progress in fact states not found! They wont refund your money either. I have disputed with my credit card company. I bought product elsewhere and have already received it in a matter of days. Also to show how scammy they are thy show as glamma girl but on the billing its glamor gal. So yes dont waste your time or money on this scam company.

    Ordered the hula hoop and never recurve it and now the lady 4 months they have been taking money out of my bank account. I never signed up for a subscription and I want my ****** returned to me. This company is a scam and to think that we wouldn't notice missing money out of our bank accounts is a mistake.

    This Company is a huge SCAM! I purchased 1 item in June 2022. After that they been taking money out of my bank account that I did not authorize! Starting in July they took out $*****, August they took out $ *****, September they took out $29.97 and October they took out $29.97 again! For a total of $99.88! I want all my money back that I did not authorize them to take out! I will not recommend this company to anyone!

    This scam company has been taking money out of my bank account for months. I made one purchase from them and now they claim I signed up for some subscription I never signed up for. I called them to be told they would only refund me a small portion of what they have been basically stealing from me. I asked to speak to a manager and was of course left on hold for well over an hour. This is completely unacceptable. If zero starts was an option thats what this scam would get.

    S*** company!! Ordered hula hoops in April and did not receive what was advertised! I requested to send them back and receive a refund and was told that they would send a new product instead, which I never received! Also, never received my refund! I have been charged each month since my purchase which I did NOT authorize!! I called customer service and was told that I signed up for the optional membership with a monthly charge of $19.97 which I did NOT sign up for. When I told the customer service rep that I did not sign up for that membership and that their BBB rating was a F, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I have tried calling back and they will no longer answer my calls!! I am now disputing ALL transactions with my bank and having them issue me a new card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!!
