    Ordered something back in February/March. My account since had been charged $19.97 every month since. I wasnt aware of a monthly charge.

    Ordered something back in March and have been charged $20 a month since then. Never signed up for an additional service. Tried to call multiple times with no answer or assistance. Finally got ahold of someone and not being told I cant get a refund because it was from more that 30 days ago. SCAM written all over this company.

    I ordered one of your bras which for ***** dollars. Took 1.5 months to get it, then now I'm being charged for ***** in July and August for a premium membership that I didn't agree too. They just added it with my purchase and I had NO idea. I also don't even have log in information for an account with y'all so how am I paying for a "membership" if I purchased my item as a guest and I did NOT sign up for an account

    I bought a hula hoop fit thing and since then I have been charged various amounts every month. I have no idea why I am getting charged. If this is not resolved, I will be contacting my credit union regarding this.
