3 starsTechnicians are friendly and professional. Company has a good reputation. However, technicians failed to advise me of building damage to my outside unit caused by dog urine until the in it failed. This occurred over five years on a new system. I have paid for their maintenance program since having the system installed. I believe they are responsible for failing to notify me of visible damage until system failed.Review fromNancy H

5 stars**** w/ AB May did a great job! In my time as an AB May customer, I have been able to consistently count on excellent customer **********************, professional and competent technician know-how, along with transparency regarding itemized project or issue cost. Today, I had an emergent plumbing issue that simply could not wait, and AB May addressed it within nine hours or less from the time of my original emergent call (ie. ~ 1:30am this morning).
