My furnace started to act up in the coldest day. It was shorting out and turning on and off and not stopping so wasnt sure the problem. ****** was able to send someone the same day. ***** was super nice and found the issue. It was a wiring issue between the Nest and the **** system. He tried really hard to fix it by adding a new wire which it needed but because of the way the wiring was hidden between the stairs and stapled in a way it couldnt be adjusted, he had to do something different. He still managed to fix the issue. He explained the whole issue and process. Cost was very reasonable. Would be happy to have him come work on it again in the future.A.B. May
