If I could give 0 stars I would! Have been long standing customers of this company for years - back to when they had a "platinum" plan. We have spent thousands of dollars in AC Units, furnaces - service calls - not to mention the annual membership fee for their home coverage plan. The last year and a half has been awful using them for maintenance but today broke all trust and reasonableness. A tiny light above my front door had a faulty unit. Even with our maintenance fee, the service call, and replacement (a job that would take **** minutes) got a quote of $636. Just priced the unit at a home store for less than $20. RIP OFF. Done with AB MAY!!!!! Just called and fired them. AWFUL - and this is from a long term customer!!!!!
