      Excellent attention to details, customer needs, and working with us to get an HVAC install done in a timely manner. Also I should add that they have extremely fair pricing. Check Summit out. You'll be glad you did.

      We had a very nice technician ( **** ) service our A/C and he advised to replace a turbo capacitor as it was out of range when tested. We replaced the capacitor which I felt that even with the discount because of having a yearly service agreement was at the top of the price spectrum of what the part would cost with installation. I was told by technician to speak to ***. We tried calling *** while the technician was here but got his VM. I tried calling the next day and spoke to ***** and was told he was at a meeting and would call me back , he never did. Called the next day and finally called and got transferred to a ****. Told him *** never called me back was told hes a busy man . I found this a bit irritating and told him Im a busy man too but I return phone calls. I told him there are hundreds on Heating cooling companies to choose from it seemed not to concern him . He told me this is the price and compared it to bringing a car in for brakes or doing a break job yourself with the price difference. I guess what bothered me most was no call back and lack of consideration not their work ************************************ ***** Dad ***** sent in report)

      I feel that the company did some price gauging on me because I was elderly. And I also checked around and found the part I needed was cheaper than what they charged me. I just feel that they over priced the product. I feel that I should get some of my money back.

      *******, We have looked at the service provided to you by *****. He charged you our standard flat rate price for the part that you needed. It was the exact same price that we charge all of our customers, which is a very competitive price compared to the market, especially since we were able to get you up and cooling the same day. Not only did we not price ***** you, but upon further review we applied a $20 discount from our normal $99 diagnostic, making your service call only $79. We also didn't charge you for the $188 Turbo Capacitor that also needed to be replaced, because of your price objection. We feel that we treated you fairly in this situation and got your issue resolved in a timely manner.
