      HORRIBLE. I took my ring here for a repair on 4/16. They stated they were also going to resize my ring to a 6.5 (my husband dropped it off for the repair) i stated my ring is a 7 i dont want it resized so store told me they wouldnt send out repair and would have me come in and size my finger first. went up to the store and i am a size 7. this was apparently notated in the system to leave as size 7 per store manager "ron". called on 4/30 to check the status "Densia" stated the 6.5 resizing and repair was not done yet. i said this was not a 6.5 and was updated to 7 she stated "your right i see it in the notes". my ring comes back on 5/7 ITS A SIZE 6.5! person i picked it up with- "becky" showed me their system that this was never updated to the notes as a size 7. so Denisia saw it wasn't in the notes and failed to get it corrected and instead lied to me. They sent it out for a rush redo and i would receive a text message it went out. 5/9 never got a text so called the store to confirm it went out "Jon" answered and said it went out since its a re-do i wont get notifications. Called the store 5/20 for an update "Jon" rudely told me it wasn't back and someone would call when it was. Finally called corporate to complain who stated they spoke with the store and my ring would be back today, 5/21. received a text message it was back and a missed call from the store. called the store back and said I got a missed call "Jon" again said no one ever called me and my ring was not back yet despite me receiving a text it was. called corporate again who stated all they can do is call the store and speak with "Jon" for an update who is going to give them the same update i was given. Corporate hung up on me while on hold. THIS IS A JOKEEEE this is my wedding ring and and engagement ring not just some random piece of jewelry. I will NEVER shop here again and wish i could transfer my warranty elsewhere. DISGUSTING

      Horrible! I have a bad ring purchased from them and they offered to replace the ring, but only if I bought another lifetime guarantee. That won't happen. They are doing dirty business practices and should be shut down. I told them instead of the ring being replaced, I will tell everyone not to buy there. Also, since the ring will always need repairs, I will just take it in when it does. What a rotten place!

      Horrible! Bought a very overpriced ring (looked much better online than in person). Wore the ring 3 times and the main gemstone came out. I called, and they said I didn't buy warranty, so there was nothing they could do. I will never purchase another item from this business again. Terrible experience.

      Helzberg is the worst company. I would give their customer service less than a zero! They messed up my 6month no interest financing. Tried to correct it then messed it up again. Now I am being charged interest on a charge they refunded. I have gotten hung up on, everyone point at every saying it’s the other persons fault. Terrible terrible company!

      Elijah (store manager) Ashley and Susan. The worst. Promised they could create a wedding ring for me by march 9th. Told me it would be ordered Separately and their jeweler will mount the diamonds!
      Then at the grand opening Ashley and Susan told me they changed the order of the ring and went ahead and ordered it as a set because they will receive it by march 4th, 6th the latest!
      But that was without consulting us! I called the 5th. Ashley stated there was a “manufacturing delay” but not to worry because they were going to overnight the ring and it will be here march 6th!
      Took me calling again march 6th. Which Ashley stated they sent the ring but it’s 14k gold not 18k gold which we ordered and paid (all but 113$ remaining balance). They would not be able to manufacture
      an 18k and have it sent until Monday as per store manager Elijah. He stated if there was any monetary reimbursement he could give us in place to make it right he would. We stated 500$ off and use the
      bad ring in place till the correct ring came. He stated he could only do 250$ and the new ring now won’t be here till Tuesday March 11th! Why would I give my business to a jeweler like that.
      It’s more than just a wedding. Everything was symbolic. My sister passed away of breast cancer at 32. I usually avoid her birthday she was my only family. March 9th is her birthday, the wedding day

      Helzberg is the worst. You can’t get into there site at times to make your payment. They cut the time off at 5:00. Most people take care of things at night. So sick of this card. Then they have moved the store from the area and want you to keep running around. It’s over an hour to another store for a jewelry check every 6 months. It’s just ridiculous. Annoyed

      Awful experience! No word on where my order is- or what “has happened”. Placed order on 2/9 with delivery for 2/12. Specifically ordered from the limited selection of gifts that were guaranteed to be delivered by Valentine’s Day. On 2/11, I emailed customer service to check the status of my order, since I had not recent any correspondence since I placed the order three days prior. No one replied to my email. Today is 2/13 and still no reply to my email. So, I called the customer service number to check the status of my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I’m told something does not match and something is “weird” about my account and there is no info to be provided. I ask if at this point I can just cancel my order because clearly the gift is not going to arrive as planned. Alternatively can we just confirm when it will be delivered. Nope- can’t get answers to those questions! But oddly enough I was told they can answer those questions via email- but not over the phone- because the billing address does not match- but my email does? Makes zero sense- it I do not care how we communicate- I just want answers! So, I was told I will get an email. Over two hours later now- no email- and customer service does not pick up when I call.

      Never again will I place an order with Helzberg Diamonds . I am totally understanding when it comes to mistakes made- but I am not okay with poor customer service on top of a mistake.

      Payment has been processed, where is the merchandise? If there was truly a problem with my billing address, why was I charged? And why wasn’t I contacted when I place the order? None of it makes sense! And why can you speak to me via email but not over the phone? And if that is the case- why have I not received a single email in regards to this issue?

      I would rate this company a 0 if there's an option. I purchased a 7 stone diamond ring in December 2023. A stone has fallen out of this ring 4 times in 9 months. Customer service did fix it twice daily easily. Clearly the jewelers are not qualified because stones continued to fall out despite them adjusting and checking all of the settings. After the second time, customer service was impossible to get a hold of. They would tell us they'd call or email back and wouldn't. A supervisor would never return a call and they have yet to fix my ring after the 4th time the stone has fallen out. We have called and emailed over 20 times and still have yet to be helped. Most responses go unanswered. I would never purchase anything from this jewelry store again because not only is the quality of the item unacceptable, customer service is worse than that.

      Bought my wife some jewelry and they said they had a 12 month no interest promotion. I set up automatic payments to pay it off in 11 months. They then changed it to a 6 month no interest and I had to pay it all off at the 6 month. The store (crystal lake Illinois) lies to people to get their sale. I’ve spent so much money with this store for 20+ years and get f’d over by one sales person. Never again will I buy from this store! Your fn loss!!!!
