1 starMy ring was purchased in 2018 by my husband, we were married in June 2019, by July 2022 one of my stones had fallen out. We had kept up to date on cleanings& inspections, our last being January 2020, until COVID shut our state down. By the time restrictions were lifted, we went to our local store to only find out they had closed their doors. July 2022 I contacted Helzberg, and had to ship my ring in for repairs. Flash forward, to October 2023, I had once again contacted Helzberg due to my rings having a dull grayish tint, once again, shipped my rings in for repair and inspection. This past year, 2024, was hectic and in December I realized I had not contacted Helzberg for my annual cleaning/inspection. I finally got ahold of a Customer Care Representative on Jan 2, 2025. At this time, I explained I knew I was past due, and he stated there might be a fee to reinstate my warranty, but they would reach out at that time. After a week, I received an email with an estimate of $2370 for repairs. Mind you, my ring has not had issues that I noticed. This estimate was for 108 count prongs to be repaired, and over 2 loose stones/diamonds. I explained to the rep that I was under the impression, our warranty could be reinstated for a fee, after 2 emails and no response I reached out via telephone. This time, I spoke with another gentleman, who stated if I paid the $2370, that our warranty could be reinstated and we would no longer have to have inspections due to our local store closing. That cost more than my set. After being highly displeased, my husband reached out via telephone and spoke with another representative who told him, we had already used our “lifetime warranty free repair” … then what’s the sense in a lifetime warranty, if we only receive one and it having to be used in the matter of 3 years? Horrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone. You would think since the local store closed, they would do what they could to keep a customer. Highly disappointed.Review fromMaria O

My fiancé designed a ring for me. This relationship was 40 years in the making. We were there for each other in good times and very bad times. He picked a design that he customized and proceeded to go to the store to buy this beautiful ring. First he never saw a diamond and next the salesperson couldn’t even work the computer to enter the order. After 3 failed attempts my fiancé took over. The original diamond he chose was now not available and had to buy a smaller diamond. But they would not order it until it was paid in full. The next day he went with cash. The salesman already cancelled the order even though he left a $5,000 deposit. Scrambling now to create the same customized design the second diamond wasn’t available so they took it upon themselves to put a smaller diamond in and not the same cut or clarity. Well by doing that they also had to make the setting smaller to fix the stone size. The day came and I got the ring. And then looking through the paperwork everything was wrong. He called the store and was told by the manager she tweaked the design a little but again the stone wasn’t even the size she said. I think the GIA knows best and she demanded he bring the ring back to inspect it. After 5 days and numerous calls they couldn’t say a word. They ruined his custom design and also had the nerve to ask for more money for a clasp for the 3 bands to stay together. At that point everything was ruined and the managers response she took it upon herself to tweak it is not the proper answer and then not even calling to let him know this is what happened. To me that is shady business. They made us feel that we were the ones who did wrong not them by tweaking the diamond as well as the setting. We were looking forward to starting our lives together since we both just went through horrible loses and they destroyed the moment and the response we got was like we were nothing and our purchase just wasted their time. Don't trust these people with your enemies lives. I ordered a bridal set a month before the day I was going to propose. Here we are five days after I did propose. Still no ring l. No answer to where it's at. No tracking number or anything. Your worthless customer service just keeps saying they will reach out to the vendor. How are you going to out source what seems like your whole inventory to 3rd party vendors? You cant control quality or anything business wise this way. Needless to say Jared came through for me and my fiance. Your company pathetic attempt at everything did not ruin our special day. And if that ring isnt here in two days ( like the 20 person I talk to said it would be) I'll refund it. And I will get a immediate refund or I will have a lawyer settle this matter. I don't bitch or complain but on something this serious and meaningful as a wedding ring. Your company has dropped the ball for me and from what I have read a lot of people.

I went to Helzberg Diamonds to pick up the remainder of a previous purchase that had to be ordered on the Saturday before Christmas, 2024. The store was filled with customers. I asked a sales associate if there was someone available to help me as I was just picking up an order. She was extremely rude saying that I would just have to wait my turn behind everyone else. I walked across the store to speak with the sales associate who had originally sold me the item. She said that she was helping a customer but would help me as soon as she had finished that transaction. At this time the first salesperson is staring at me and a customer near her walks across the store and also spoke to me quite rudely and the first salesperson began smirking at me. That salesperson then walked across the store to where I was standing, came within a few feet of me, looked me in the eyes and laughed at me. The behavior of that salesperson person was extremely unprofessional and the fact that with her facial expression and demeanor she was encouraging a customer to be rude to me was uncalled for. My spouse and I have spent a lot of money there in the past several years. We won’t be back.Helzberg Jewelers

I ordered an engagement ring and a wedding band for my future wife (we already decided to get married)
1st Helzberg sent me a bogus tracking number for the engagement band. After days of it not showing up online I reached out to CS to be told it actually has been delivered already. (Imagine how scary that is to realize a piece of jewelry has just been sitting on the porch.
Then I open the box and realize my ring wasn’t even shipped in a nice ring box but inside of 3 plastic bags like some ring off or Etsy would ship. It’s CLEAR to me that Helzberg treats its less wealthy customers like trash. My wedding band we ordered at Zales. It was 400 bucks and came in a nice little black box. The time - Two days before Christmas Eve. The special occasion - Our budget finally allows for us to purchase a gift my wife who for many years has been wishing to acquire said piece of jewelry. The issue - The purchase was made on 12/12 with ample marketing highlights, advertisements, and vague claims giving me the interpretation that this purchase would ship with "free express shipping" and would arrive before Christmas with a "estimated date" of 12/20. After no tracking information has been provided or updates apart of the multiple marketing email spam, I contacted customer service who stated the order is not even fulfilled. 2 stars for answering a complaint, awaiting now to see if something can happen in 24 hours to get this purchase I expected to have in hand.Helzberg Jewelers

I ordered diamond ear rings on the 14th and the expected delivery was the 18th. They canceled my order on the 16th without ever notifying me. I called on the 22nd, waited on customer service for 30 minutes just for them to tell me it was canceled a week ago. I need it within two days. Which is why ordered it so far ahead, like a normal person. What kind of business operates like this? Disgusting establishment.Helzberg Jewelers

Absolutely atrocious experience with them. First, my order was delayed so I wasn't able to give it as the birthday gift it was meant to be. Then as if that wasn't bad enough, they sent the wrong size. Then as if they were trying to just do as bad business as they possibly could, the ring was damaged. A stone was missing. Not fell out and was somewhere in the box, straight up missing. Terrible quality control, terrible consideration of their customers who are buying a luxury purchase. This isn't food and water, it's jewelry. They should be doing ANY AND EVERYTHING to make sure you have an A1 experience when spending money on a non necessity because I can very well go without it and you can go without my money. I emailed customer service about the issue and 7 days latee still no response. Its funny though because they were corresponding with me just fine when they wanted my money. After getting my ring fixed, I will NEVER do business with helzberg again and I will recommend my friends and family do the same. Can't believe how terrible of an experience this was. Sucks I had to even give 1 star. I guess that 1 star can be attributed to the person I spoke to on the phone, she was very nice and as helpful as one working at a place that couldn't care less about their customers could be.Helzberg Jewelers

Helzburg Diamonds is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with.. It began with charging 50% over market for a pair of used Rolex's, certified by their 3rd party partner. The paperwork was not truthful and there were several discrepancies in the certification. Second, we took advantage of their promotional finance offer, but never received any statements of notifications of expiry. I suppose it is in the fine print, but I would consider and do consider Helzberg Diamonds on the same level as a payday loan shark. 30 days post expiry, the company slapped a 40+% interest charge on my account, demanding an extra $4,000.00 on the purchase. Highly advise against ever buying anything from this company - they are unethical at the individual store level as well as the corporate level. Customer service was boasting of their successful ploy to dupe a customer out of so much money. It was shameful behavior and honestly, I'm embarrassed for them and anyone associated with them.Helzberg Jewelers

All of our Rolex watches are certified pre-owned time pieces. Our store locations that sell our Rolex time pieces display signage in their cases that state these are certified pre-owned & that we are not an authorized retailer. Each of these time pieces go through a strict certification process & are accompanied by a certificate that provides details of that time piece.
We would like the opportunity to further understand the concern regarding the paperwork and exactly where the concern is with what was provided.
Regarding the interest on an account, Helzberg does not have access to a customer's credit account history and would recommend contacting the bank to review the credit plan details & transaction history for that account.

You guys received by ring on August 30.
My husband bought me this beautiful wedding ring from you guys when we got married , i've had it for 15 years. I'm so in love with it. I sent it in to have repairs done because the prawns were wearing out. The local store by me closed down so now I have to send it all my repairs. My husband was smart and did get the lifetime warranty on the ring. Ever since August, I've had to call at least 2 to 3 times a week to check on my ring. From the beginning I told to Colton (first call)that I needed my ring back by October sixteenth because I was leaving for vacation and I really wanted to wear it. Every time I call there , I get a different update that it'll take up to ten week, one representative actually told me that I'd be lucky to have it back by Christmas. Anyway each time i've called i have been lied to each call.No emails that were promised, no phone calls that were promised or updating me on the status of my ring. Finally this week.I reached out to a supervisor Audrey.She promised to call me back Friday with an update. Well, she finally called me back Sunday and reassured me that the jeweler, who was doing their repair on my ring, said that I would have it back on Wednesday October 16th I would have it in hand I'm still waiting for my tracking information that I was promised and it is October 15th I am so furious, I have called so many times with results. I have nore questions rhan answers. I just want my ring back. I've asked for my ring without the repair. I still haven't received my ring. I'm about, I don't know an hour away from contacting my attorney. Please help me out somebody there.Can I just get my wedding ring back? I don't care if it's fixed or not.I regret ever having my husband buying my wedding ring from there.This is the worst experience I have ever had.
