      I do not think they deserve any stars. I am full of regret that I ever started the journey with purchasing my engagement ring and wedding ring there. I have had the diamonds fall out several times before they finally agreed to strengthen the prongs. When I got the bands soldered together, it took several tries to get it properly put together. Like an idiot, I then purchased my husband a new band there when he decided he did want a band. After a year, it needed to be refurbished and when he picked it up, they gave him someone else's band. Because of the warranty we went back to Helzberg in ********** to purchase an anniversary band to match my other band. After 3 weeks and lots of frustration, I called the national toll-free number and they have no idea where my ring is. At this point, I just want to get out from under this disappointment.

      In February 2022 I went to the ********* Helzberg to get a custom ring done. I had a 100-year old diamond ring and 4 smaller diamonds that belonged to my great-grandma. I wanted them to attach the diamonds onto the existing ring. I went in, everything seemed good. The ring was finished a few days later than I had asked but no biggie. I proposed a month later & she accepted. Two weeks later she bumped her hand while doing laundry & broke one of the prongs. One of the small diamonds was lost. Luckily I had a replacement. I wasnt sure whether theyd reimburse me for the lost diamond, but I was sure that theyd fix it for free. To my shock, the lady we talked to said they would charge me for the repair bc the setting was good at the time it was made. BS. Obvi the setting wasnt good if it failed after two weeks. After we pointed this out she changed her ************ charge us. She didnt seem at all concerned about the faulty setting or the family heirloom that was lost, and expressed annoyance multiple times. We didnt feel like she cared about our problem (maybe bc we werent a very pricey customer) & ended up feeling embarassed for a problem that wasnt caused by us. Unfortunately, we also asked them to resize the ring. After these repairs, the prongs looked way less stable and were less evenly spaced. 2 months later we moved to CT and it was too late to worry about it anymore. While sitting & reading (no bumping whatsoever) my fiance realized one of the other diamonds fell out and was lost. Two 100-year-old diamonds lost within 4 months of use. Rather than trying to repair the setting, we started over with a new one. I meant to write this when these events took place. I realize that writing so much later makes it less significant. Im not hopeful that theyll reimburse us for the second repair or for the 2 diamonds lost. I just want to let people know that we had a horrible experience with Helzberg and to encourage them to think twice before going there.

      Beware !!I bought a Infiniti band one year ago and have now brought it in for the second time to have a Diamond replaced !I take good care of all my jewelry I dont wear it doing housework, showering etc only when I go out.So the craftsmanship is horrible Thank God I took the insurance out since I am new to this area and didnt know much about them I learned my hard ****** and will NOT buy anything again

      Bought a "14K" Necklace and Bracelet, totaling slightly under $5,000. Ran into some financial trouble and went to a **** shop to get a loan with the jewelry as collateral, they told they were both FAKE! They are sticking to the magnets. I went to another **** shop and they told me the same thing!

      I bought gold hoop ear rings online at Helzberg Diamonds. When one of them broke, I contacted customer service. ********************************* in **************** was the best. She got my ear ring repaired and followed up with me throughout the process. Thank you ********. You are truly an asset to Helzberg.

      If I could I would give minus 5 stars !! Do not purchase anything from this company We purchased a brand new expensive diamond and diamond band and 3 times diamonds have came out 2 of those times while I am in the store and the workers had my ring?? Sent to jeweler, handed it back to me with a missing diamond.. its been almost a month and havent received my ring or had an update!!!

      When I called to resolve an interest amount charged on my wife's account with helzberg, the customer service agent named ***** was very impolite, rude and talking with an insulting laugh, taunt to both me and my wife. It was a terrible experience and hurt both our moral especially with my wife who is already on a short term medical disability with bedrest. You can review our call records made to the customer care number on 7/21/2022 around 5pm eastern time for evidence (if these calls are actually monitored/ recorded for quality and training purposes). We are still in a state of mental shock at the level of disregard you have for your customers and how confidently the customer service agents are able to mistreat customers with us customers having no way of questioning this injustice. We felt like calling this number was for customer harassment rather than customer care. We pray that ***************** have a sincere repentance and change of heart or that God may bless him with enough and more of everything he needs to be able to take an early retirement and spare customers the harassment.
