  I would not recommend shopping here! I hate to dog a company but my experience with this company was a nightmare. Girls grow up dreaming about their ring. My husband really was looking for something so special and he was so excited when he found my ring here! It had to be resized when we first got it. They also encouraged me to resize when I got pregnant. Within the first year it had to be repaired twice for a bent band and a missing stone. They asked me at one store I contacted what I had been doing because thats really hard. Like it was my fault and they wanted to blame me. A few months later another stone fell out and we were headed to ***** on military orders. Where I was living there wasnt a store close so I was told there was pretty much nothing they could do. Since I have been to ***** another stone has fallen out. Now the woman is saying its because it was resized.. which the encouraged me to do.. now they are saying that comprised the ring. Now we are in ***** there is no store. They wont give us any money back on the ring. My husband paid **** plus more than the ring costed online. Which we didnt know at the time. The ring is listed **** they charged my husband **** for a ring that is now falling apart in less than a year..customer service has tried to blame me and the resize but taken zero responsibility

  ****** is awesome and very knowledgeable about the jewelry and repair. They went above and beyond in repairing and refurbishing of my 33yr old wedding ring. It looks brand new and more secure I have become a young widow in the past couple of years and I want this ring to be with me until the end. I would recommend Helzberg Diamonds and their whole team including their jeweler for new purchases and repairs. Love my ring greatly appreciate all they have done for me.   Do not waste your money with this company! The lifetime warranty is fake! Bought a really nice bracelet, took it at the 6-month **** to have an inspected as told. When the second 6 month inspection came up the store was closed. After numerous attempts of calling the company emailing everyone trying to find a location to have an inspected I end up having a gem fall out, that was fixed at the first inspection supposably, someone finally emails me tells me how to get my bracelet to the company and then emails me back telling me that my lifetime warranty is not valid because it did not get that second inspection since it took them months to contact me back. I will never again waste any of my money and these stores and I suggest if you want jewelry with a true lifetime warranty take your money elsewhere!! I would give a negative 100 stars if I could

  12/9/22 I purchased a 14KW 1.5CTW enhancer ring. This ring was GCAL so I my certificate was received. Well, six months later I received a call from a Helzberg employee stating they had my ring certificate. I found the call strange and odd, but yes I wanted my certificate. I got there and they offered to clean my ring. I waited 20 minutes. It still wasn't ready, went to lunch 30 minutes later I returned they gave me my ring, I did notice the diamonds looked significantly smaller but didn't say anything because this is a "trusted" establishment. They didn't give me my certificate, I had to ask for it. I am highly unsatisfied with my ring, it does not look the same or measure up as it previously did. I am very familiar with my ring as I take pride in my ring, I knew every angle of my ring, as most women would. The Diamond certified employee went into detail of my ring, compared side by side with the floor model I could see a significant difference, but was told they were the same, I disagreed. My Diamonds were bigger and bolder. What makes this situation difficult is that I was given a different ring with the matching certificate at this time, so now they are claiming this is the ring I purchased as it is stamped in my ring. I whole heartedly believe my ring was switched while being cleaned at Helzberg Diamonds. I paid $3,381 and now received a different ring, it's not the ring I purchased. I emailed customer service regarding my concern, three days later received an email stating it had been escalated but never received a response. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I feel so defeated by this company that I once entrusted.

  I purchased their men's titanium Id bracelet for my husband's FIRST father's day. ********************** purchasing from this company nowhere on the website does it state that this bracelet is NON ADJUSTABLE it was way to big and everyone I spoke with seemed to not care at all that I wasted my money and his first father's day was ruined because the gift I purchased him cannot be used OR returned because it was engraved with his daughters birthdate. My money was only worth an apology to them. Don't waste your time shopping at this rip off of a company

  CONSUMER BEWARE: Had 12-month no interest deferred credit card. My payments were scheduled ******************************************************************************** full during my payment period, I was told there would be nearly $600 in interest to be added and they could not honor the promotional window, despite my ability to pay off the card. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HELZBERG DIAMONDS.

  They used to be a good place, many years ago. This year I bought a ring with small diamonds in it and already a stone fell out! I gave it to them on May 10th to fix and it was promised back May 26th. Haven't heard a word. I no longer recommend them as a store to buy diamond rings or any other jewelry.

  This has been the most horrible 2 years of my life waisted on a company who could basically care less about the customer . First my ring was stolen , then they screwed up my entire soldering job and m used fake metal to do the job which caused my fingers to break out , sent my jewelry to them they have had 3 months with my ring and nothing has been done with months of calls , emails. They expect you to go out of your way for them and spend $$$ to fix their mistakes ! I would NOT recommend this company if you actually plan to wear the jewelry! You are waisting your hard earned money here! ***** just want to cry !

  I would like to share my story, I was proposed to on my birthday June 3, 2022, at the age of 60. My ring was beautiful! It was a little big on me, so I used a ring guard for eight months before deciding to have it resized. On February 1 *****, I took my ring to Helzberg Diamonds, ****************** Mall. I had a promised date of February 17, 2023, for return.On Friday February 17, I called Helzberg Diamonds. I was put on hold for a few minutes only to hear that I would be called back before the store close. That never happened. My Finance and I decided to go by Helzberg Diamonds on Saturday February 18. the gentleman, who I found out later is the only male that works in that store told us that they had torn the store up looking for my ring. He went to the back for a few minutes to come back out to tell us that my ring was at the repair shop and to be patient. He asked to give them to Wednesday to get my ring sized properly. We left the store.On Monday, February 20, I received a call from Helzberg Diamonds. They intended to view the cameras and my ring couldnt be located. I received multiple calls from two different managers. One told me she called the two repair shops that they deal with, and my ring was not among the jewelry sent out for repair. She asked me to send her pictures of my ring. I only had one picture.I wasnt informed what happened to my ring. It was never shared what they found out after viewing of the cameras. I dont know if they found it or if they are investigating robbery within their company. Perhaps even if the police were called.March 4, I called Corporate. They committed to providing a check for the value my Finance paid for the ring. March 10, I finally received a check from Helzberg Diamonds. I also received a call to pick it up and to have my identification once I arrived. I shared my name. Then the manager went into the vault and asked me to sign for the check. I was never asked for any form of identification. The check was deposite

  This has been the most horrible and impactful experience we my fianc and I have endured in our lifetime. The process of correcting an error solely due to the negligence of Helzberg Diamonds, **** After somewhat owning the mistake, it took the company numerous customer calls and several weeks to forward a check in hopes of resolving the situation. Honestly, we dont know of the original engagement ring was lost or stolen by the company. This situation is being conducted with so little transparently, its sickening, we dont know if there is a pending investigation or if the engagement ring was located eventually. To top this off, our original ring is now estimated $2,000.00 more than our date of purchase last year, The ring was NOT purchased from Helzberg Diamonds **** I took my ring there to be resized, The $2,200.00 check doesnt cover the replacement cost of the same exact ring. The $2,200.00 also doesnt account for the daily disappointment, stress, anxiety, mental trauma this situation has caused. I decided to share this storied account, in hopes that my experience might help someone else. I am certain someone might have experienced a similar negative retail situation. Helzberg Diamonds must work to improve their company protocols and enhances their ability to provide far better customer service care. For the sake of disappointment and transparency, we are currently in consultation with a prominent law firm to explore any legal options and or damages.
