I have nothing but good things to say about FlexPro meals. Their food is delicious and always tastes super fresh. **************** has been very helpful. They make it impossible to cancel because there is no customer service beyond automated. All I wanted to do was change my meal plan, and that ultimately led to me canceling the service altogether. Not sure who is running this company but they're making a mockery of what seemed to be a good idea at a decent price and product. My advice. fake reviews are not going to change the stampede of bad reviews. You can clearly see the difference in the fake reviews. Not sure why the BBB hasn't investigated this company that has tons of credit cards on autopay. now the company is on a social media rampage with tons of ads.Flexpro Meals

Terrible customer service, they are very helpful until you want to cancel your subscription. They don't allow you to cancel your self online and I've texted the number about 10 times and no response. As soon as I leave a ****** review, they response to it with an email and I've tried to email them twice and no response. They are very unethical and I will have to pursue this with my bank now. Not acceptable to be radio silent as soon as someone wants to cancel a subscripition.Flexpro Meals

I started out enjoying the meals as I have been trying several services. Its easy to sign up for this program, but they wont let you leave. I had tried numerous times to stop this service to no avail. You are unable to speak with anyone. Your choices for conversation are text or an autobot live chat that ends up taking your phone number with the promise someone will call back shortly to assist you. Ive done this 3 times with no return call. Ive also used the texting and no response there either. I no longer trust this service and just want to cancel my service but they will not respond and continue to take my money weekly and sending me good I dont want. The good is good. The customer service *****. I entered into this in good faith. They should have too. Please think twice before using this company as a food delivery service.Flexpro Meals

Worst customer service I have ever seen. No option to cancel subscription online and live chat does not get you anywhere. Tried texting them but they do bot respond. They are a scam and will keep charging your card and give you no option to cancel. I am still trying to cancel this subscription that I was not made aware of and I am getting nowhere. This company is a complete scam . They charged me twice within the first week for over $300 dollars and I only received one order. I also canceled after the first order because the food was disgusting and misleading completely unhealthy and full of way to much sodium, an unhealthy level which should be illegal to sell , and it is not what I expected . After talking with an account manager named ****** she completely disregarded my request to cancel and tried to forced me to take the next order after I already requested my cancellation before 7 days . But because they charged me within 4 days they tried to rip me off and force me to take the food . This feels completely illegal especially since I didnt receive the order. I dont want it. I just want my money back and this company to be held responsible for their irresponsible ,unprofessional, and unethical business practices.Flexpro Meals

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to reach a representative via chat/text to cancel my meal prep subscription and the only response I am receiving is that a rep will be in contact with me shortly. I have been trying to get in contact for 2 days now and still no response. Unacceptable. There was only an option to choose either 1 week or 2 week subscription. I chose 1 week thinking I could cancel at any time. I would like to cancel my subscription immediately! If there was something I missed with the terms and agreement please provide proof. If not, I will demand a refund if the weekly payment withdrawals continue.Flexpro Meals
