Very poor service. It took them over 3 tries to get a smoke detector right. I like most people don't have time for multiple visits by a technician, especially to fix something so simple. I have called A.D.T. multiple times to cancel and to have the equipment removed from my home and all I get is the run around. Safe Haven Security along with there service techs should be removed from A.D.T. as it seems that they really don't care about the customer or the service. Safe ********************************************* techs have been to my house over 3 times and never stayed to see if the system was working correctly. They came in, put up a new smoke detector, keyed in a few things on the panel and left. Shame on A.D.T. for keeping this company as a third-party service department. Now I have had this system for 4 months and A.D.T. is telling me that I may not qualify for there 6 month customer satisfaction guarantee for a full refund. My question is, how does A.D.T. have the best ratings out of all of the available security company's. I have been nothing but disappointed. SCAM. Please don't get this service. They introduced themselves as ADT and then you never get any type of proper operation and not service support. Equipment never worked, tecnhnician didnt know what they were doing, then I was trying to fix the situation for two months by phone after installation, no success. Then they said my warranty was expired, they need to send technician that I have to pay, to avoid that they need to schedule a phone call, then they never call, and the billing cycle keeps going, so you have to pay anyways. When you are on the phone they keep telling you fake contact information and doing everything possible to frustrate you and not fix anything.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Absolutely a scam job between the builder and Safe Haven. Guy comes in to my home my wife is working and I have a 2 year old so Im distracted. They rescheduled to this time and it wasnt the best day. ***** care. Left dry wall on the floor I ask was he gonna clean the mess he left he said no I dont have my vacuum. Installed the doorbell crooked. ***** explain that safe haven is doing the monitoring and the door **** can ONLY be used with a subscription. He took parts that were not his and tried to throw my original door **** away. So I asked if he could make the doorbell straight and he said its too hard. So then I demanded it and he complied. He stripped the paint next to the doorbell and after I watch him do it, he starts denying it. Then after he leaves I find out its not really free. The monitoring costs money. I saw the same guy the next day at another house and asked for my original parts back. This is when he says its 3 years trial and *************** is paying for it. No transparency. I recommend you DO NOT let them install this garbage. Self controlled options are out there. Beware.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Place is a bunch of scam artist. Unprofessional kids. Kid came walking up my front steps dropping all the equipment. Then comes in the door throws the equipment on a table I have knocked over some toys my nephew had there hit the floor broke the brand new toys. When the stuff fell it broke a night light that was there. But before all this he called me running late because of a wifi issue. He asks if I have it. I do but my area isn't the best. Figured he would of checked first. I have a brand new house 5 months old. We agreed to where we were MOUNTING the tablet. I walk away for a second he cuts a huge hole in the wall. I'm like wow hold on I never said to do that. Told that's policy. A huge hole for a wire size of a head phone wire. Get in touch with his manager he goes I'll put a blank plate on it. I said no it's eye level on a brand new house with special made sheet rock. Now I'm waiting for my install money back before I get in touch with my lawyer next. Stay far away. ADT told me they use old outdated equipment. So now I'm stuck with a big hole in my brand new walls and told to pound sand. Told the manager will call me haven't heard back in 3 days from him. Now I'm out $220 install fee and what ever it is costing to fix my wall. Not fair to me at all.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

SCAM artists! i was tricked into signing 3 years contract when on the call i agreed to 1 year. my system has never worked properly and I can't get them to come and fix the issue. Horrible service and stuck with them for 3 years! this can't be legal, but they're getting away with it!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

If I could put no stars I would. ADT Safe Haven are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. If I could get rid of this I would. But unfortunately they cut me out of my grace ******* My system did not work day one. Of course immediately called and had continued to call. Did get a ticket put in however it was for technical support (a phone call) unfortunately I was I available (work). As soon as I was able to I called back (same day) and again absolutely nothing but an automatic voicemail where I left my message. Didnt get a call until 4 days later where again I couldnt answer the call(work). Called back (same day) to an automatic voicemail where I left another message. Mind you I had left multiple messages from day 1 until today. I called every day. 7 days later still no help because unfortunately the two calls they made in a 7 day period l was working. I called all the Safe Haven numbers that were provided to me. Today was the first day I was able to get in contact with an actual person. The person I spoke to said they never received any voicemails which makes me question this place and their integrity and reliability. This is my security company after all. I left multiple voicemails. Because I had been calling to cancel but of course they have no records of it or no one was available so of course thats how they get you. I had called ADT who by the way cannot do anything to help you and knows absolutely nothing about anything (weird) just apparently takes your money. I guess Safe Haven is who we have to go through. However they are constantly unavailable. I called multiple Safe Haven numbers that were given to me and again either whoever I tried to speak to was unavailable or no one had any clue what I was talking about. I was either hung up on or given a different number to call. Finally today I was given a number where someone answered. Again unfortunate conversation. I asked the lady where I can write a review she said ****** it. That there said a lot. Stay away.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Don't be fooled by an ADT service that works with Safe Haven. They have no coherence with each other. I was dissatisfied with their hardware, so I switched to Vivint. Vivint will buy out your remaining contract by sending ADT a gift card to pay off your balance. They sent the gift card to ADT, and they sent it back saying I had a zero balance. I also spoke with ******, and he told me the same thing (recorded 3/16/22 by ******). This month, out of nowhere, I was sent a letter from a collection agency for $804 saying I had a remaining balance. After several hours (no joke, because everyone that I worked with that was so friendly when I was purchasing ADT, GHOSTED me when I e-mailed them). Plus, I made calls to no avail. Someone from Vivint finally responded and told me that Safe Haven and ADT were separate (This was misleading to me from the start), and that is why the gift card was sent back because the contract buyout should have gone through Safe Haven. I'm upset because ADT should have told me or Vivint this, rather than saying I had a zero balance.Because I thought the balance was zero, the gift card from Vivint expired after 60 days. Now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. I wonder if this is their strategy.My question to Safe Haven was, "Why didn't you offer the courtesy of trying to collect the balance directly with me?"The lady responded that they don't do that, they immediately send it to a collection agency....Can you believe this??? This is ridiculous, I have never heard of a business sending you directly to collections.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

Let me start off by saying i wish i would have read reviews before we signed up!!!!! Safe Haven is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Worst part about it they don't care AT ALL!! We had our service installed on March 14th ,as of the 18th our camera was not working. We were told by the installer that if we wanted to cancel our service it would be $150.and that if we had to call a tech out it would cost us everytime.so we started calling on the 18th they said they emailed us with instructions how to fix camera, never received it. Finally we speak to someone who walked us through it. At that point I asked to cancel it had been 4 days. So in the last two months we have not had a working camera and our doorbell camera said it reached its limit of 100 videos so we have not had a working doorbell since April 11th it won't save anymore videos. I called again to speak to someone I spoke with **** and he wouldn't do anything but talk over me and suggest they send someone out . I told him we will pay the $150 to cancel and he said absolutely not it is 75% of contract fee which is $1500. That had to be paid to cancel . We spike with him on the 20th 6 days after signing up . Since then I called numerous times trying to speak to a manager finally I speak with **** who also talked over me didn't listen to a word I said repeatedly told me you signed a contract it is what it is. Told me I should have read it better. Said I'm lying about the$150 cancelation fee. Won't check with the tech who installed. Made me feel small as a woman just kept saying we will have someone come out and check it for you. All in all **** said he spoke with his supervisor ******* and she felt the same way. They were not interested in helping just getting our money. I told them they needed to honor the $150 cancelation they still make money and they get their equipment back.. Basically they would not ask the tech and shut me out. Don't go with this company you will be unhappy.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC
