This company is one of the worst I've had to deal with. As a veteran i fell for the whole "it's a great deal" scam only to get a system that only works half the time and when it does it doesn't even capture what needed to be captured. I was dealing with a specific Rep and now they won't answer any of my calls and it's been 6 months. Now I'm left dealing with safe haven, and they won't even help because they have a "tech support" that's supposed to call, and they never do, and they make it seem like it's my fault the system isn't working. Then i call what safe heaven calls "ADT Corp" and they don't even know what safe heaven is. I'm fed up with the service and tried to see what it would cost to cancel, and they require a 75% fee for a system that only worked half the time. Absolute garbage of a company and i hope people stop supporting this company.

I am a real estate agent and after every closing this company calls me to solicit their services to my customers. I have asked them on more than a dozen occasions to please stop contacting me because I have a relationship with someone in the business and I am not interested in their solicitations. At this point they are now contacting me against my will and violating my rights. I am on the Do Not Call List yet they still continue to contact me.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

If I could give this business a ***** I would. The rep only identified himself as ADT never a safe haven. We paid for the equipment And then received a collection letter for $1200. When I called they said it was due to missed payments. I told them I have proof that I don't owe anything and that everything was paid for, they told me they don't care and in order to unlock my account, I have to pay $1200. They have my account hostage and and now I have equipment that I bought and am unable to use. I've called multiple times no one will answer and when they finally did answer I would get someone that was extremely rude, condesceding and refused to help. I told them multiple times I have proof that I could send showing that I paid for the eqipment and that nothing is owed to ADT and they still refuse to do anything. Do not go with them they are scammers! ADT will not help you and will refuse to help you and keep sending you back to them and when you tell them you were that they never identified themselves as safe haven that they identified themselves as ADT they start trying to give you the run around They say they are independent contractors but then they say they are ADT then back and forth. I close on a new house in a week from a very well known builder. My understanding is a SafeHaven rep will come out to install the components that are included in the price of the home. That is all that is going to happen. We attempted to contact the ** rep via a number card the builder's agent gave us. It took three days to get a call back. Not a stellar start.I read every review on this site and while I am generally skeptical of online reviews, this many people can not be wrong.As far as security systems, I have one of the best ones in the world, two Yokes that go off at the drop of a pin, and a .45 in the night stand. DO NOT GET ADT WHO PARTNERS WITH SAFE HAVEN FOR HOME SECURITY. THEY REALLY REALLY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS . I GOT TO PAY MONEY FOR EARLY TERMINATION ALL BECAUSE THERE FAULTY SYSTEM . I TRIED WORKING AND REBOOTING THE SYSTEM MYSELF BECAUSE THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS RIDICULOUS . I BOUGHT A NEW HOME LAST YEAR AND ADT WERE THE FIRST COMPANY THAT GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME ABOUT SECURITY , THEY MADE IT SOUND GOOD AND IT WAS DOING GOOD UNTIL MARCH OF THIS YEAR . I GOT THE SYSTEM IN NOVEMBER. IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE . THE ***** AND THE VISUALS FROM THE DOOR **** CAMERAS WONT WORKING OR THE DOOR SENSOR SO I BEEN CALLING AND CALLING CONSTANTLY AND THE LINE BE BUSY AND I WORK MAJORITY OF THE **** TO STAY 30+ MINUTES ON PHONE . NOW I GOTTA PAY THEM BACK FOR THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS FAULTY BECAUSE THE ***** TOLD ME ITS IN YOUR CONTRACT THAT YOU GOTTA KEEP IT !!!! Like WHATTT KEEPP IT !!! STAY AWAY!!! Worst service ever Service as well as customer service is a so unprofessional and no help. One of their contractors came to my home and installed my system. Next day sensors were falling Down. ADT is not helpful either, I have waisted hours trying to get this repair and they giving me the run around but still have to pay every month.they refuse to repair the sensors without me paying for repairs which is 59$ service fee and 160 for a new sensor. WTH!!! They quick to take my money out of my account when its time to. I have been having issues for a week now, I am over it at this point Im done I will be canceling my contract with ADT!!! Please DONT USE ADT OR SAFEHAVEN! You are better of buying a security system from Amazon it does the same job and way cheaper! WORSE COMPANY EVERSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

They are the absolute worst!! My wife was home at the time of installation while I was out of town working, an they did not completely install everything I wanted installed not sure why but they didnt an now that I want to cancel it they are saying I cant because its been to long now they are seeking **** for me to cancel the service, which I feel is not right because everything Im paying for was not properly installed!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

I worked here, they ought to have zero stars. They lost a class action suit, sued by former employees and the employees won. They have a call center/door to door sales. They lie to people who need hope for a higher paying job- a lot of single moms and struggling parents. They encourage you to lie to potential customers. Their best employees, highest sellers, are urchins of people (**** collectors, used car salesm'n, all around snake oil salesman and liars, drug abusers and alcoholics galore). One of the door to door salesmen was driving badly, hit a dog, and just drove off- let the dog hobble, broke legged, to their home- if it weren't recorded by the homeowner and multiple witnesses, I'd hardly believe it. One of their highest selling agents was a blatant racist who used the n word in a professional discussion with me, I'm white she was white and she actually thought that was okay and she wasn't the only one. Some guy stole a sales lead from me, someone called looking for me, he walked over to my desk and stole the potential client call back's info and tried to sell them, they hated him and let me know, the company did NOTHING about it, kept rewarding him. Worst place I've ever worked. The franchisers running ***********/***** are crooks, sleazeballs, lowlife, low class, poor taste, ignorant, and they violate all 5 laws of stupidity and the higher up you go the worse it gets.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

I am sending this review & will rate the company at a negative 100! Service as well as customer service is a BUST! ADT is not helpful either, you get the run around but still have to pay! They do not hesitate when its time to deduct that amount from your account! I have been having issues for a week now, I am over it at this point and won't out of the **** contract! I should have followed my 1st mind & order my stuff from amazon this is so SAD! I will be reaching out to the BBB!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC
