  Biggest regret EVER. Paid the initial fee of about 250$ and now 70$ a month. They installed my smoke detector right by an air vent which has caused it to go off for no reason FOUR TIMES now which in turn calls the local fire department to my house which is a HUGE waste of their time and completely EMBARRASSING for me. I have begged them every time its happened to please send someone out to check it out or even just move it to another spot in my house but they refuse to help me unless I pay the 60$ service fee. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE of placing it in the wrong spot. I should not have to pay when it was not my mistake in the first place and I already pay so much every month. They REFUSE to help their customers and I cannot wait for the day my contract is over. If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE GREEDY COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

  A salesman from them promised a system to replace the one I have for practically no money an upgrade from my existing system. Gave him the go ahead but since I had a freeze on my credit it did not go through. Gave wife's information and said because I had been with ADT years ago I was not eligible for the deal. He was to process under the wife's name but never heard back even though I called sent email and text never heard back, sent a email directly to company an awaiting answer.

  Awful, misleading company. I just had a very lengthy discussion with ADT about their “authorized dealer” price gouging ($15 ADT sensor for $129), deceit (told me buying any equipment outside of them would void everything), and misrepresentation (You will NOT have and ADT contract —You will have ADT monitoring through a contract with Safe Haven that ADT CANNOT assist with). RUN from this company as fast as you can.

  Nothing but a bunch of crooks! They didnt even give me the equipment i asked for, gave me a bunch of garbage i didnt need!! They charged me a bunch of money and didnt even install it all and when i tried to cancel, they want to charge me 75% of my bills! I hatr this company, do not go with them! They are awful!

  I regret ever speaking to these people. They came because we recently closed on a house- introduced themselves as ADT and then continued to give their sales pitch. We told them we were uninterested in the system because we had new baby- roofing issues that cost 20,000 and couldn't afford the system. They then proceeded to give us free things and insisted since they were covering the equipment- we would only be paying 5-10 dollars a month- they gave us a review and left. Service will be here the next day to install. We turned around and called the next day and said never mind because the paper said our service would be 70 a month they refused to cancel the installation refused to cancel the equipment and promised us to just give it a try for a week well a week. The guy comes - installed some random ass equipment not even the things they said and if you wait over 3 days you can no longer cancel your contract. However they don't tell you you're signing a contract they tell you that you're signing an authorization that refuses the max level security system as well as the system they suggested. I feel scammed.

  Scam company. Runn run run. They show up at your door at night unsolicited when you move in. And tell you it's public record that you just bought the house so the world knows telling you that the neighborhood is dangerous and your gonna get killed. Then they pretend to be adt. Lock you into a contract that's 3 years long. If you don't cancel within 3 days your stuck. For one they didn't answer the phone to us for two weeks second they told us we had a month to try it. Lies lies lies. CMeras don't work don't record 24/7 and if you run out of space you can't start recording again until the next month. And it only records in burst about 15 seconds so you miss anything that happens. And it can't record again until 4 minutes. Run dont do it

  Pretty good. I know people only post complaints and never the good stuff. So I'll post it. Very transparent, tech let me know to make sure I understand all the paperwork I'm signing. Took my time reading it and understood. Did educate me on all the equipment I'm getting installed and what he would recommend and the cost. Was pricy but gave me multiple options to help with payments. House got broken into a week layer and the alarm scared them off. So I'm actually glad I purchased the additional equipment he presented. It paid for itself already.

  No upfront transparency. Deceptive practice. Safe haven rep never disclosed that I had to sign a contract. Never told me I would have to pay over 2K and only would out that was was just installed on my wall would cost me. They told me it was free and that the builder DR Horton offer up to a certain amount for equipment. They said I could cancel at anytime. When I called I was told that I had to pay 75% of a 36 month contract. Not even the monthly amount they quoted with ADT was correct. I would not use them even if it was free. I trust nothing coming from their mouths. Even the tel # on the quote keeps ringing and no one answers. Does not even sound like a real telephone. Consumes be warned. This is deception at its best

  the repetitive did not advise me he was not ADT but a 2nd party and i called ADT and they said they could not do anything for me and i had to contact Safe Haven for service i would have never signed up with a 2nd party i called Safe Haven and was told they don’t have supervisors and that i would have to pay 1400.00 to cancel service with them do not get this service you can go elsewhere.
