      ***************************** in *************** SCREWED up our 2019 ** taxes by not filling out the non-resident form and/or filing me and spouse raxes together. So we got his huge tax **** for $3200 from ********. She said she called and I had to refile, bit they said they never talked to her and we had to re-do our 2019 taxes. I had to hire a tax attorney. So not only dod I pay H&R block, bit also a tax attorney. NEVER WILL USE H&R BLOCK EVER AGAIN

      Purchased HR Block tax software in February. Tried to do my taxes until I ran into a software issue where it would tell me that a State form box needs to have a value in it (zero) and it would bring me to the box to enter value. I'd enter the value and it would not save, it would go back to saying error, but would not accept any value (zero or otherwise). I spent 90 minutes waiting for technical support who had no clue how to fix the issue. I got sent to a supervisor in some department that agreed to refund me the purchase price. They sent me an email with a ticket number (10379801)and asked for the screenshot of my receipt. I provided that. Two months later, and two follow up emails - zero response, and zero refund. Cheating and thieving company. All of this for $19 dollars guys, $19 dollars. I will cost them more than that in just bad mouthing and social media posts warning people against buying any of their non-working software. Waiting another week and filing a credit card dispute. Hopefully that hurts them more with the credit card processors. No wonder they're not BBB rated. To top it off BBB asks that I allow that my social security and TAX FILINGS be released publicly to look at a complaint? Hahaha! Clowns! Clowns everywhere!DO NOT PURCHASE or USE any H&R Block product, outlet location, etc. Warn your loved ones. Might as well warn your enemies, it's really that bad.

      This company has messed up on my tax return so badly. The "Tax Specialist" put my bank information in wrong, sent it to someone else's account @ BECU ************* In Mind you I have never had association with. She also under dependents, she put my name instead of my granddaughters, with her SSN. Wrong address. Off the paper work I filled out. Even states on the copy of the paper work, she states she did not rely on information provided, notes in file..? With a couple other problems. I've still not received my refund from them.. I did receive part of the fees back, not all my fees either BTW, but still waiting for the actual refund. Meanwhile I've had a couple klonic seizures, stressed induced. I've lost my car, about to be homeless with my 6 yr old granddaughter. And all they keep telling me is "they are still working on it" since March 25, of this year.. they also closed my case without resolution, had to open a new case. I have even called the **************** in ***********, ******** to no avail. I WILL NEVER USE H&R BLOCK AGAIN.
