I had three roofs replaced by Aspen Contracting in late December 2022 as a result of damage from hurricane **** I reside in **************, *******. I am totally happy with the work performed by Aspen, both in promptness of work performed and quality of their work. *****************, (agent for Aspen) does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. 5 starsTruely the Best Experience and Professionality.Such a weight has been lifted off of our shoulders since *** caused damage to our home, by the way our claim was made to the insurance company by Aspen representative.The job was done in not weeks or months but days once we received our money from insurance company.TOP Quality work, products, installation, cleanup from beginning to end.**** was on the job daily, Aspen kept in touch with ** and kept ** informed of what was happening at all times and made sure we were happy and satisfied.County inspector was extremely satisfied with installation.We HIGHLY Recommend Aspen Contracting.Review fromRoberto C

I would not recommend this company to anybody my experience with them was a nightmare from the new metal roof and gutter job that we ask for and paid for. This company is not good with customer, they only out there to make money. not customer oriented at all. at the end we ended up with different roof color and gutter color, but they said we pick the color. when we only got the roof color chart, we never got the gutter color chart from there sales man. but a gentleman name ***************** general manager, thats what he call himself. call us and said he would work with us to replace the gutter, so he send us the gutter color finally. but this manager ***** return our calls. it shameful that a company like aspen perform in this way. I would never use them again never again and I will review them anywhere we see that name. we really hope they really honor there warranty well we hope.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

We would be more than happy to work with the customer if they want to change their gutter color to something ************* is steel and gutters are aluminum so colors will never match 100% but we can see if there is something else that is wanted by the customer to make them satisfied with their project. Aspen honors all its warranties and has never had a issue with any customers warranty, if there is anything needed on the warranty side then call us as we have live support staff 24/7 to support any needs.Review fromRodolfo V B

5 starsProject Manager ************************* and his wife ***** were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive. As promised our roof was completed within 10 days of contract signing. The crew who installed our roof were very conscientious about install and clean up. Unfortunately there were a few small mishaps during the install but ***** and ***** responded immediately with remediation. Thank you to Aspen Contracting, *****, and *********** and *****
