5 starsFrom the very first time I met ***** and ***** they were extremely knowledgeable and well prepared to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. No pressure at all. I had already spoken to other contractors and Aspen left them in the dust. Highly professional and very quick. The roof was on in 2-3 days and no debris was ever found afterwards. Aspen Contracting, Inc. was hired to do a job on the business I manage after Hurricane ***************** Delta and are not good at what they do for any commercial properties I have seen thus far. They are based out of ********, but are doing business in ********* where the managers are not present or get switched out every month. I have also checked the list of their locations and there are zero locations that are accredited within an hour from my location and that is unacceptable to say an office was 30 minutes away for the hurricane season. The manager I recently dealt with was ****** and he was very obnoxious and rude as I tried to explain my roofing issues. ****** also argued me down that it was not their responsibility to fix what was going on and that we need to outsource when that very issue was listed on our item cost list along with the other paperwork such as the contract from Aspen. He is in ******** and I am in ********* and he is insisting from one picture that my roofing issues are not his responsibility. I have leaks and water entering the building every single time is rains hard. This is unacceptable and they are not following the 20 year roof warranty and keep trying to avoid doing the right thing. I am not satisfied with the final product because it is NOT done! Every time I speak with someone over the phone to get a work order in, there is a "we will make sure you are taken care of" phrase I get, but anything it is yet to be done to improve our situation. I am done being patience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

5 starsHighly recommend because with all the damages from Hurricane *** we tried 3 different companies and they would never respond. Called Aspen Contracting/Roofing and they responded with such quickness. The process was thoroughly explained, insurance paperwork was completely explained and communications to us on the process up and to finished work was superb. ******************* displayed the best customer service skills and responded quickly to calls/texts and had complete answers to any concerns.Review fromKim C

5 starsWe used our insurance carrier's approved contractor list to select a company to replace our hurricane damaged roof. ********************* came by and went through the estimating process and Aspen's payment method, ie, no up front payment and full patent only after job completion and satisfactory inspection. That is exactly how it happened! Materials were delivered on a Friday and a crew arrived the following morning. When they left Saturday afternoon the roof had been stripped, new underlayment installed, new shingles laid down, and a good cleanup performed. The price was competitive and there is the added benefit of having our insurance carrier's stamp of approval.Review fromKris H

Very happy with the total process with Aspen. ***************** wanted to repair the roof. Our project manager submitted the necessary documentation and spoke directly with the office adjustor and convinced him that a complete replacement was required. The job is now completed and we are very happy with the results.Aspen Contracting, Inc.
