************* did a great job helping us getting a whole house make over. I have used them twice to replace our roof. The roofer's did a great job both times. Clean up was great. ****** looks great. 5 starsThe entire experience from the the first time I met *************************** while he was in our neighborhood has been exceptional. The communication from your company was outstanding. Everything from the estimate to when the materials were to be delivered to when the actual roof was going to be completed we always knew what was going on. Just after hurricane *** happened we met ********************* from Aspen Contracting, Inc. ***** was so helpful and kept his word on everything he said. His crew worked so hard and did a great job with ***** making sure it was done right every step of the way. We apologize for any confusion but our customer service team took the lead, then there was some confusion after sharing more messages.The original lead was emailed to us yesterday at 1:47pm. **** called him 1:55pm but didnt leave a message, called back again at 3:22p and left a voicemail. ************ replied by text.The attachments are screen shots from **** and Mr. ***** text conversation. They never spoke on phone. **** responded to ***** voicemail with a series of texts showing **** the photos of his damaged roof and after ***** response, he expressed his concerns to **** about how he had been lied too. We have screen shots of the communication and referral to find a reputable company to service the property. We were only going to provide a free inspection which we didn't even need to do based on the communication with the homeowner. We apologize if he feels like he was mislead or wasted his time. That was never our intention. It appears he feels that ****** So CSR, lied to him. The forwarding message that ****** sent to ************ doesnt have any foul play or promises of repairs, just inspection service..R. K.

There was no confusion.I have the call log from my phone and from ******** where I spoke with *************** at 1:32 PM CDT on October 27, 2022 for a total of 6 minutes.For you to stay that I never spoke on the phone to anyone is a total lie and I can prove it. Unfortunately this forum is one sided and there is not a way for me to post my screen shots to prove that the company is not telling the truth.Your customer *************************** doesn't even know the services offered by your company and thus should not be reaching out to customers.Review fromLARRY O

5 starsThe work was done when I wasn't looking. The vent looks good from the outside. I was pleased that the price was not as high as I had thought it would be. It took a while to get the bill. But, I was pleased with the way ************ came to pick up the check. We'll see what difference it makes on our power bill. I've been told that my current bill is lower than last month, but don't know if that is because of more temperate weather or the vent.Review fromHolly G
