I am in *******, and I called to get an estimate for roof work. They have a very detailed website, with all the work they do, and their office, at **************************************************************. I got a return email that states they do not have an office in *******. I called the phone number listed. I was told that address is not a physical office, and is for warranty work only. I suggested they change their website, as it advertises work they do, not warranty service. The man I talked to was polite and pleasant, so I do not fault him. I 1 star for a misleading website.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

Very sorry for any confusion. We are not trying to be misleading in any way. At different times of the year we service different type of work in different areas, just not currently in your area. We are glad our representative was able to take your call and explain that in a helpful way. We always suggest searching for reputable businesses here within the BBB. Bad job. Shingled over 40 feet of rotted plywood. Used old flashing. Asked for additional money after insurance paid. They replaced my roof 1 year ago due to derecho. They didn't consider I would need a new roof this year due to hail damage. For the average consumer this kind of thing will never be found out. Please do not use this company. I finally found a good company. Tectum. They did a fantastic jobAspen Contracting, Inc.

It took time but I am very pleased with the work of Aspen Contracting, Inc. They came this morning 8/24/2022 and were finished with my flat roof in the back of my house by 3:30 pm. They showed up at 09:30 Am. They finished the worked and cleaned up all that had fallen around the house. It look like they had not been there except for the renewed roof on the back of my house. Very good work and I am grateful for there work. It did take time because this was a new type job and contractors had to be found.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

Our Project Manager ***************** was fantastic, assisting us every step of the process. He took the time to explain all aspects of getting our roof replaced and what was involved in doing so.The crew that came out was professional and above board when it came to removing our old roof and installing our new roof. They were amazing.Our neighbors approached us, and we gave then ***** contact information, they too were impressed with all aspects of our roof replacement.I would recommend Aspen to all my friends and family.Aspen Contracting, Inc.
