      Ordered a bare Root tree having had great luck with other nurseries bare root trees. Arrived dead. Is still dead. Contacted Stark Bros for warranty redemption and received "growing tips". Growing tips do not fix "dead". Since then I've gotten a "high volume of inquiries" email. And now silence. Even tried ******** to contact them. I just want a refund or replacement.

      Were very sorry to hear about your experience and that your tree did not survive. That is never the outcome we want for our customers.
      After reviewing our records, I was unable to locate any prior communication from the email address you provided, which may explain the delay in response. When bare root trees are shipped, they are dormant by design, and it can take several weekssometimes longer depending on weather and planting conditionsfor them to break dormancy. This is why we initially send growing tips and instructions, including how to perform a scratch test, which helps determine whether the tree is alive and simply slow to leaf out, or if it has failed.
      That said, we absolutely understand your frustration, and as a courtesy, I have gone ahead and issued a full refund for your order. You should see the funds reflected back to your original payment method within 35 business days.
      We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to contact us directlywere happy to help.

      I have to say, THANKS for everything the folks at StarkBro's do. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them for many years in the advancement of my humble little orchard/farmette. Their plants are nearly always in great shape upon arrival and adapt well once planted. On the rare occasion of failures that I have had, **************** has gone out of it's way to make it right. They honor their guarantee. Sale prices are fantastic, the free shipping offers are sales clinchers with me. I'll be keeping an eye out for StarkBro's sales emails. Thanks again.       Wonderful customer service. I had a Pink Lady Dwarf Apple Tree that we planted next to two other Dwarf Apple Trees. Two of the trees are growing apples, but the Pink Lady has never grown apples. It's still alive and thriving, but no apples. Stark Bro's **************** has been super responsive in giving us tips and tricks on how to care for the tree and how to check the vitality of the tree. After still not getting apples on that one tree, they sent out a replacement. So happy with our customer service experience with *********************** Bro's! :)

      Ordered 5 fruit trees on 03/08/2025. The 2 apple trees arrived within a couple of weeks. The 3 apricot trees delivery date got pushed back 4 times. After waiting over 3 months with no apricot trees and only 1 response to numerous emails, I finally cancelled the order on 6/13/2025. Their excuses were: weather, shipper problems, and employee shortages. They did, however, finally ship the dormant spray chemicals, way past the time that they could be used to be effective. I'm STILL waiting for my $167.97 credit that was promised in 3-5 business days.75 years ago, I watched my father plant entire orchards with Stark Bros fruit trees. In those days, they were the go-to source for trees. Certainly NOT anymore. How far a once great company (since 1816) has *********** your time. money and headaches and find another source.I'll NEVER shop with Stark Bros again. They've become pathetic.

      I’m truly sorry for all the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your order. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I want to personally apologize for the delays, the lack of timely communication, and the confusion surrounding your refund.
      I reviewed your account, and I can confirm that your refund was processed on 6/26 after you called in and spoke with one of our agents. As explained during that call, the refund was initially held up due to the system applying it as a credit rather than a refund to your original payment method. That issue has now been corrected, and your funds should be disbursed to your bank account within the next few business days.
      We understand how disappointing this experience has been—especially given your long-standing connection to Stark Bro’s. Please know that your feedback has been heard, and we are actively working to improve our processes so we can better serve customers like you in the future.

      I ordered a pink lemonade blueberry plant in late April and received it June 3rd. I was concerned about the lengthy delivery time, but the plant was in perfect condition. I waited a few days to plant it to let it adjust to it's new home. It is growing wonderfully with many new leaves! I had never ordered a plant online before but was encouraged by the guarantee and reputation. I am impressed!*. *********

      For anyone with a passion to grow fruit trees and shrubs I highly recommend Stark Brothers I'm a first-timer with a lot of questions they've been there for me right from day one as soon as I placed my order their customer care is beyond compare so happy with Stark Bros from picking the right trees and dirt and proper care maintenance for the remainder of my trees life I can feel confident my future Orchard is in good hands with Stark Brothers in my corner love these guys

      I want to thank Stark Brothers Nursery for what was just the last of a number of deliveries I received this late spring. This last being two trees, a Wolf River and a Macintosh apple which both looked really great. Once in the ground they hardly waited days before breaking out in green. So pleasing to see.
