      I want to tell you how happy I am with my plants.Last year, I bought my first house with a very large yard and immediately started landscaping. I bought 20 Leyland ******, 1 apple, 2 pomegranate, and 2 blueberries from Fast Growing Trees. My dad has always bought from Stark Bro's, and he gifted me 10 blackberries and 3 blueberries. 1 year later, every plant I bought from Fast Growing Trees has died. Every. Single. One. Despite my emailing them several times for advice and assurance that I was doing everything right, I lost 25 plants and over $800. YOUR plants, on the other hand, are absolutely thriving, even the ones I accidently ran over with the lawn mower (sorry about that). My blueberry bushes' stems are twice the width they were last year and the blackberries are over 2 feet long with several shooters each! I've ditched FGT and look forward to buying replacements from you. Thank you for supplying healthy, hearty plants and being the great people you are!

      I ordered a variety pack of bare root strawberry plants and a live pineberry plant in a 1 gallon pot. My order was delayed and I breated a sigh of relief as we were experiencing very cold temperatures at the estimated time of delivery. I was given a new date and they were delivered. I had never seen a bare root strawberry plant before so I really can't comment on their condition but I'm guessing they were nice and healthy, and the potted pineberry plant was beautiful! Since my delivery was a bit late in the day, I didn't get started planting until the next day and didn't finish until the following day. 3 days later I noticed new growth on the bare root plants!! On 71 oc the 75 plants!! Already! I'm quite sure the other 4 are about to start growing any day now! I've purchased from Stark Brothers before, when I lived in *** and was equally impressed with the fruit trees I received, however they didn't survive their move across the country 3 years later (they likely froze that last winter in **** I will try again when I can I loved those trees!

      While the ********* BBB website *****, Stark Brothers is an outstanding company for purchasing plants, tress, and roses. Excellent packaging, healthy plants, fast shipping and outstanding customer support. I highly recommend Stark Brothers and have been purchasing their plants for over a decade without any issues.

      Even though some of my plants died (probably my own error), AND I had missed the 1 year deadline for a refund, Stark Bro's still honored the guarantee and sent replacements for my plants. I very much appreciate their customer service!

      In the short time I have been a Stark ***** customer I continue to be more and more impressed with their customer service. Just as no person is perfect, no company is either; mistakes/issues will happen no matter how much you try to avoid them. What sets Stark ***** apart is that when an issue arises they immediately take steps to resolve it. No arguing, no jumping through hoops, no hidden conditions/clauses/etc. to try and avoid responsibility. Over the past three months I've ordered 17 fruit trees and 11 *****/flower plants from Stark ***** If the tree/plant quality from Stark ***** is as good as the customer service I've experienced so far, then I know I will be looking forward to a lot of delicious fruit over the years to come.

      I have purchased nine trees and dozens of strawberries from Stark ***** Mostly because they are so knowledgeable -- and communicate so well and clearly about the plants they sell.They also have heirloom varieties that aren't easy to find elsewhere.Case in point: they just sent out an email about autumn plants... Did you know that blueberry plants turn red in the autumn? I didn't either! Do you know where else you can learn about and buy aronia berries? I don't know of ANYWHERE else to get them!They also have a really good product guarantee. My only reservation is that some plants are sent earlier in the season than I would like (my strawberries came in Feb). Still, I got to have them in time to plant early!Stark ***** really does a great job. I highly recommend them.

      I purchased three red miniature knock out rose bushes from Stark Brothers this year. They were late in being shipped, but did very well in spite of being planted at a hot time of the summer. Stark Brother's kept in touch with me about when I could expect them to come while I was waiting. They also sent detailed information about how to ****** them off for the best results. Now that we've had them a couple of weeks, they are staring to bloom. The first rose on each of the three bushes are three slightly different shades of red and are absolutely beautiful! I am going to order a plum tree from Stark Brother's next spring (the best time to plant it) after this great experience with the roses and with Stark Brother's customer service.
