      Stark **** is absolutely amazing to deal with. Returns and replacements for plants that didnt make it are so easy and hassle free. I really appreciate you guys being so easy to work with. Total breath of fresh air!!!!! Keep up the great work and know you have a customer for life.

      65 years old, ordering from STARKS since 1979! All garbage, seedless grape with seeds, pears-blight junk, apples-ordered MANY 1 maybe 2 alive, blueberries-what a mess, nectarines-so disease ridden had to cut even with ground! Save yourself problems get at ***** & *********! Latest, Seckel pear-very fee leaves last year, died this spring, 2 yo$$$

      Placed an order and was told it was too late in the season for them to ship the items and I would be credited. Called last week for the credit and to place an order, but the representative said that although she saw the items and credit amount in the system, she would have to pass the information to the accounting department for the credit and someone would contact me that day to confirm the credit amount. She also said she would monitor it and that she would call me personally if accounting didn’t reach out to me. Fast forward over a week. It is now Friday, May 26, and I have received no contact from anyone from Starks. Spoke to an assistant manager today who refused to let me speak to a manager. She said she saw the items that I was credited, but did not know the amount and would have to forward the information to accounting, but that it would be credited and approved today. She also said I would have to place the new order within 24 hours or else I would lose the credit. She said she would call me before the end of the day today, to tell me the credit total and take my order, but again Starks did not follow through. This used to be a good company, that I have given hundreds of dollars to, but seems they may have ethical issues, with no accountability. Would like to get a complete refund, because I feel I cannot do anymore business with a company like this.

      Beware if you cancel an order to change the payment method. They won't refund your money and use the different payment method. They just use the same payment from your original purchase then lie to you about your refund for two weeks. I ordered some items for a family member and added thwir card for the payment. The website, apparently, ignored that payment method and used the one that was on file. I noticed and cancelled the order and redid the order ensuring the new payment method was actually used this time. It was only for, as it turns out, Stark Brothers to never refund the money to me. Rather than refunding the money and using the new payment that was on the actual order, they just kept the money from the original order and used that for the new one. I still have yet to be able to find where they have it in writing and easy to see that that's what they do. The first customer service I spoke to even told me the refund would arrive in **** days.

      We are very sorry that you had these issues with getting a refund. Our intention is to never cause these troubles and we completely understand your frustration. When an order is cancelled our system will use any credits from the cancellation towards any unpaid balances prior to refunding or making additional charges towards new payment methods. The timing in which the order was cancelled and you processing a new order caused this mix-up. We dropped the ball by not noticing this had happened when you originally inquired about the refund and instead we sent you a canned response which is accurate when actual refunds are processed. I have reviewed this with our team to make sure that they are actually reviewing accounts before assuming that actions have been followed through with correctly. I also found that our customer support manager had issued a full refund for the order along with shipping the new order to you for free as a small token of our apology. Again, we are very sorry that this has happened and we wish you the best with your asparagus and strawberries.Sincerely, ******* Director of Customer Support

      I ordered bare root trees from Stark ***** and loved the intense vigor they displayed in less than a week. The immediate leaf growth from these trees, which were shipped to me in ******, were shipped very nicely, arriving with moist roots and sturdy packaging. But agin, the leaf growth was WILD. I'll never buy trees anywhere else!!!

      I have ordered many other bare root trees from other vendors before. Stark Bro's trees are the best quality trees. Their root structure was amazing and the tree trunk was thick and straight. I would definitely buy from Stark Bro's again. Great product.

      I ordered two fruit trees from Stark Brothers dot ca. They have not come and yet Stark Brothers took my payment. I have received no response from Stark brothers despite repeated attempts. The phone number from their website does not work from ***********. Beware buying from this company.

      This nursery stands behind their product. In over 30 years ordering from them, I had only one fruit tree die. They replaced it immediately with a healthy, robust ,and actually older tree. I was thrilled. This particular tree was a gift from my son, so it was special.

      The items Stark Brothers shipped are awesome and I put them in the ground the same day after I gave the roots a 2 hour drink of water before I put them in God's earth. I will continue to nurture them so thanks for sending me trees that have perfect root bulbs. This was an awesome experience, so we have plans to come back many times to your Company.

      Ordered dwarf Bing and dwarf Rainier cherry trees. Was pleasantly surprised by condition of trees upon arrival. Both are doing well. I would definitely recommend.
