I order from controller choas on Feb 2nd. I have not even seen movement on my order. It has been in the processing stage for TWO MONTHS. It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I have not been able to speak with anyone there for months!! That scammed me!Business Response

I ordered a controller from this company in early December and I still dont have it. No updates or meaningful response from the company. I ordered a controller from Controller Chaos on November 19, 2024 and paid $224.90 US for the controller plus shipping. I expected it would arrive before Christmas 2024. I contacted this business Dec. 9 & 16, 2024 requesting a status update. On December 16, I was told that my order was almost finished and would be sent out in the next few days but might not make it for Christmas. The only thing I received was a letter from 'Santa" saying they were slightly behind. They also had previously mentioned that they should be caught up by the end of January. Throughout this entire ordeal, my order on the company website has remained 'unfulfilled'. I have e-mailed this company on Jan. 2, 2025, Feb. 20, 2025, and finally Mar. 5, 2025 in which I requested a refund of my money.
In reply to my e-mails in December and January, I received a response from someone named Matt F. After this I have only received an acknowledgement of my e-mail being received. I have attempted to telephone twice but their voicemail hung up after waiting 20 minutes. I have no faith that I will receive my order and would like my money refunded.
I have all e-mails saved, if required.

Yesterday at 8:45 am (MST) the message I received from the BBB regarding Controller Chaos stated that the package would be sent out that day. At 1:07 pm (MST) yesterday I received a message directly from Controller Chaos stating my package was on the way and I received a tracking #. The tracking number message was: "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package". It is 24 hours later now and this message has not changed on the **** website. There are no weather delays in this area, its a sunny day there.Would you please let me know where my package is.

I placed an order for an x-box controller on December *******. I paid ****** for the controller and an additional ***** for expedited shipping. I reached out via customer service email to find out an *** for my delivery on Dec 22nd. **************** states, "Hello ******, All of the controllers are built to order and done by hand, so we do not have stalk already made controllers present. We apologize for the current wait time and any delays that are happening with getting your order out in a more timely manner. Currently, there is no good ETA that can be given with the nature of how the orders move through our departments here. Our queue for each department is constantly changing due to a combination of various issues from the supply chain, staffing issues, and order volume, which changes the time each controller can be completed and sent out. Again we apologize for this inconvenience but we do have all orders moving through the queue and being worked on as quickly as we can while maintaining our same quality."I again reached out on February 7th, March 5th and March 12th via the same customer service email to ask about delivery/***. I have not received a response. I am unable to charge back my card I used for purchase due to it being over 60 days past purchase. I placed an order on December 16th for a $223.84 controller and still have not received it. I sent an email in January wondering if they could give me an estimate of when we would receive the controller and the response I got was early February. Still no controller, they havent replied to my emails and nobody answered the phone even though I was first caller in line. On January 22nd I ordered a custom pair of ******** switch joy-cons. I believe the website stated allow 7-14 days for processing. I did my research first before buying and the seemed legit. They are backed by the BBB. Its now march 4th and they will not respond to my emails, they will not update me on my order status, they do not answer the phone because an automated response stating they have telephone issues and to contact them by email. They dont respond on email. I have already filed a dispute with navy federal and I have emailed them3 times in the last 72 hours with 0 response when it clearly states allow 24 hours for a response. I am fed up, they didnt uphold the promise of the 7-14 days and Im not going to receive my item for the birthday I got it for. They have absolutely terrible reviews to where people wait up to 6-12 months to hear back. Someone named ******* at customer service gives ******** responds to these people. I placed an order with controller chaos two weeks ago, which the time would not be a problem if there was an update when asked. I have called support on multiple occasions to be put on hold and as soon as I would be the next caller I was hung up on. If I am spending $200 on a controller there should be contact with the company. My order is still being shown as placed, no updates in two weeks.
