I purchased a controller from Controller Chaos on December 11th 2024. It is now March 1st 2025. I reached out in early January because I still had not received the controller. The response I got was very automated and stated something like "we are working on fulfilling your request". I reached out again since and am not getting a response. My order status hasn't even changed from "order placed". It is going to be impossible to get a refund since i have gottena sreaponse so I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.Business Response

A friend of mine had ordered a controller for me for Christmas of 2024 on December 8, 2024. They paid approximately $200 for the Schwifty PS(4/5) controller which was going to be a collectible for me. Around beginning/middle of February I was informed they would be shipping it out the very next week at the latest due to a part being out of stock so I was more than understanding of the situation. Since then, I havent received any calls from my voicemails left nor any emails in response to the situation. I waited approximately 2 weeks before calling and emailing them again. I either want a refund for my friend or to receive the controller as intended. I have advised my friend to issue a charge back from their card company due to not being able to get into contact with the company.Business Response

I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution.I dont know if this will be seen by the business or not but if it isnt, can this be forwarded to them? Im a more than patient person, my main issue was not being able to contact support for more than a month and not getting any response from my emails. I completely understand that there were phone issues but I dont know why you didnt work with the provider to find a temporary solution so calls can be taken since emails took weeks to respond to. Which is understandable because there was probably a lot of emails due to the phone issues. Thank you for the support and I understand that it got busy which is why I didnt even really reach out about it until February.
For a potential solution, I dont know much about your phone system or what exactly was going on with it but I do have knowledge of some potential options, you could try a call forward option so that way it just forwards you to a number that is working and have somebody answer the phone while another listens and responds to a voicemail.

On December 5, 2024 I purchased online a controller for my son for Christmas. It is now February 28 and I have yet to sent the controller. After numerous emails and phone calls Im not only get a response but I cant seem to get through to anybody on telephone line either. This company is so incredibly unprofessional and I will be taking this to a higher element to get it solved.Business Response

On 02/13/25 I purchased a controller from controller chaos and I chose expedited delivery just so I can receive it a bit faster. And I have tried to send them a few emails and I have called them multiple times only to be left on hold. And I just dont understand if my order has just been cancel or if it is still in the process of being made. And Im just really upset because I spent my extra money on the expedited delivery and its still taking a very long time to get here, because the website said 7-10 days. But I would be ok with at least knowing I will still be receiving a controller.Business Response

Ordered Nov 2024 contacted a few days before Christmas but they stated they were busy...offered bogus Santa letter but I refused...now almost 3 months later rec'd same email...tried calling toll free phone number and instead of help they tried to get me to sign up for something with my debit card. When I refused twice and they tried a third time I hung up. I want my money back. The date i purchased a product from controller chaos was on October 27th of 2023 in the amount of $207.92.Controller chaos took like 6 or 7 months to send me my product but sent a defective item. I returned the item back to them so they could fix it but time has passed and haven't heard anything from them. I've called them a couple of times but told me they were fixing it and they were going to send it in a couple of days but never did. I've been calling them about my product but no answer from them. I placed an order for a PlayStation 5 remote control on January 13th. After a few weeks I grew curious to see where in line my order was. I emailed their help email which states theyll get back to you in ***** business hours. A week later, no response. I emailed once again, same question and inserted my order number for better location of my order. No repsonse. Called controller chaos on January 28th and spoke with a gentleman who said theyll were sending the order out at the end of the week. As of today, February 14th there is no controller. Calling their phone number rings and clicks over to an automated system saying youre number 1 in the queue only to hang up on you. After calling back numerous times and getting the same outcome, its frustrating. If it were 20 dollars Id bow and take my loss but the fact that this controller was over 200 dollars (and a birthday gift for my son in January) its quite frustrating. You cant get ahold of anyone, your emails to their help center go unanswered.Business Response

I purchased a controller on December 9th for $162.84 and never received it. Controller Chaos never provided a ship date or tracking information so I repeatedly requested a refund which I never received. I then filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau in March, and Controller Chaos said they issued a refund but I have yet to receive it after two weeks. I have also emailed them twice to inquire about the status of the refund and have not received a reply. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: No refund has been issued to my checking account after 13 business days from the original date Controller Chaos informed me that they issued the refund. Per the most recent BBB response from Controller Chaos, they advised I contact my bank to make sure the refund could process. I have done this and am currently awaiting a response from the bank. I have no proof that Controller Chaos actually attempted to make the refund other than an email. Since Controller Chaos has not proven trustworthy to do what they said (produce the product I paid for months ago), I have no reason to believe they actually followed through with their claim that they issued the refund.
If the electronic refund is not possible, I would request a check for the full refund amount of $172.96 be mailed to me instead.

After the BBB informed me the complaint case was closed, Controller Chaos shipped me the product (received on 3/25/2025). I wasn't expecting it since it was 3+ months after I placed the order and they informed me that they were going to refund my payment (which they never did as they claimed).
