I ordered a custom controller for my husband on Nov 24th/24. I have reached out to the company via email on December 16th and was informed that due to high demand snd the nature of the order, it would likely take 25 business days for my order to be shipped. It has been almost 2 month since that ******** husband and I have both reached out to the number provided several times, only to get hung up on after 20+ minutes on hold! $344.84 US ($495.69 CAD) was charged to my Mastercard and my husband still has yet to receive his Christmas gift almost 3 months later. After reading all the complaints, I wish I was more careful about where to order. Clearly this business is not reliable.Nonetheless, if possible, I'd like for my husband to receive the custom controller he ordered and I would like an order number and tracking receipt delivered to my inbox for reference. We do apologize on the slow proceeding of the controller being fulfilled as PS5 edges do typically take a much longer time than other orders do to the complex nature of the controller. I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with with the response for the time being. But I will be following up and intended to take action again if needed. The time frame provided should reflect the actual time required. A customer service line where customers can actually speak to people would also be appreciated. These are all things that should be communicated to this business that is poorly operating.

Purchased a custom controller on 11/26/24 and still has not shipped to me. I've been in contact via email and phone and as of Friday, 1/31/25 was told on 2 different phone calls it would be shipping that day and I would have a tracking number emailed to me. As of today, still no tracking number and order still shows unfulfilled on their web site. I've tried emailing and calling since Friday 1/31/25 and can't get a response. My fiance and I have ordered a controller through Controller Choas in September of 2024. We paid it off instantly. We were told it would take up to 10 business days, which we waited patiently before contacting them. We called and emailed them MULTIPLE times because I havent not received my controller for months. They keep telling me they are waiting on parts but we told them to forget about the paddles and we just wanted to controller. They never answer the phones or emails. It took me over 3 weeks to get an email back. They keep saying my controller will ship out in a week for the last 3 months. I ordered a custom controller from these people in April of 2024. They have done nothing but ghost me and lead me on since. I was told I would receive the controller in July and I never did. I recently brought it up in January and they described my over 9 months ago purchase as "recent". I have tons of email receipts I'm willing to share, I just can't do it over the system provided on your website unfortunately. Order was placed on 8th December 2024, I needed this originally for a Christmas present but was informed that orders take 25 days to arrive so I was going to use this as a Birthday Present instead. I repeatedly asked for updates or an estimated shipping date however these were ignored.The birthday has since passed and it is now 54 days since I placed the order, more than double than what I was told. I ordered a controller for my wife from controller chaos back on Dec 5, 2024, but never received it. I reached out a week or two later for an update and never received an update on the order. Then I reached out to request a refund with a threat to report them to the BBB for no response and they responded with a refund tracking number. Its been around if not past 4-5 business days that they said the refund would take.
