SPAM- Buyer beware! We received junk mail from this company in the mail regarding an offer to activate a policy on a vehicle that I do not (nor ever have) owned. Be warned that the letter was written with a sense of urgency, using language such as Final Attempt to Notify and Extremely Urgent and Time Sensitive.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

My child purchased their car, and before they got their title, they received the URGENT - CALL NOW ***** ******* via **** from Atlas, whose correspondence is deceptive and predatory in nature. That's the nice way of saying it, because as a parent, people who prey upon our children are on our bad side. Atlas' reputation is mud, times infinity, and their horrid attempts to trick people into doing business with them is constantly turned into jokes and memes. *** Pronouns are vague for privacy.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

this company is a **** they keep sending letters in my deceased parent name. THEY HAVE NEVER OWNED a ******. I called the number on the letter and was greeted by a nasty gentleman, who stated he would remove it BUT sent more mail in my parent name. My parent was deceased long before the mention of a 2023 corolla that the guy tried to convince me was purchased in 2021. I have written the BBB to report this and have the letter stating the name would be removed, but it was not, however, more mail was received. My next action is to sue. How did you get the name and information?? You fail to answer that question, which leads me to believe this company is ******Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

Letter does NOT state "Advertisement" on envelope -- it is found buried within text of "letter". Makes it appear that car listed is somehow registered to mail recipient. Therefore in current times of hackers and ID-thieves, makes it appear that someone stole ID and used it to purchase that automobile.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.
