      I cancelled my account within the 30 days they said I did not I sent several emails text messages and left messages by phone they did nit respond back to me until after 45 days all I want is my *********************************************************** drop complaint until my deposit of 99 is returned to me

      To Whom it May *********** are correct, you cancelled your account with us on 3/28/2024. That is roughly 16 days ago, and your refund process was given to you more than once at 14 business days. I apologize you do not agree with the refund process and timeframe, but your refund was processed. Transaction *************

      I bought this warranty hoping to never need it. I unfortunately needed to use it for something pretty big. I needed a new transmission. I dealt w the owner and he was amazingly helpful!!! He helped me go through the process and checked in with me regularly. He made a terrible situation sooo easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for an extended warranty!!! They stand behind their product for sure!!!
