After I made the purchase realized my warranty I have from the dealership was better. Called talked to some guy and was very rude and trying to stop to change my mind about me canceling and demanded a refund. He pretty much told me to do better research considering I told him this was a scam I dont want to talk about the warranty and refund. Said Ill be receiving a refund but we will actually see.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

So upset that I was scammed to pay for this. The man on the phone said my warranty only covers the drive train. But when I called my dealership, my Warrenty covers everything. This man pretended to be from the warranty from my dealership.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

I never purchased this warranty, but I am being scammed with letters in the mail. I don't know how they got ahold of my address. This is creepy that they have my new address where I moved. This is VERY creepy and I will not be calling the number on the letter. Stop bothering me with false claims of my warranty running out.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

Just like most companies that provide the same services, consumer information is obtained from a variety of sources, including, but not limited to, public and freely available records and databases, online form submissions, ect. SCAM...Do not sign up for this because they will not follow up with their half of the contract. As soon as you make a claim they will deny it. They said that my car problem was pre-existing when that was not the case.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

Atlas Vehicle Protection strives to provide the highest level of Customer Support to all our customers and takes all complaints and reviews seriously. You reported a claim 5 days into the validation period. The Failed component was denied due to pre-existing failure. The repair in question was for a coolant ****** and oil filter housing. The photos provided for your repair shows staining and crust from the coolant, that would have taken longer than 5 days to form. Also please note, Carfax proved the vehicle was in the shop on 8/21 due to a coolant leak. We have explained this to the customer in depth as well. 5 starsUsed this for my water pump! $2196 I only paid 100 deductible. It was after I made my 2nd payment with them super pumped I made the choice to pull the trigger on this. I just went to pick up a truck at a ** dealer in ************. I called this company to start with and told me that they can give me an extended warranty for $4128.00. When I purchased my vehicle they offered me an extended warranty. He said that he could not do this. The *** said he can save me $3000 on the extended warranty. I asked if it is being removed and who is getting it and he said nobody. I told him that this doesn't make sense. I asked him how much is it going to cost me. He started to pressure me. So I called my dealership and the *** said they are ripping me off. I never called him back because they wanted another $4128 from me.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

They have continuously denied my warranty on my contract that I followed every step of their contracts and have followed through on my part with everything they required. However they come up with an excuse for every single thing that needs covered because my car needs a new engine and that's a lot of money so of course they're trying to come up with every excuse in the book. and they're still telling me they're denying my coverage when everything is in writing and the contract is legit and I paid on it for 6 months. They have no reason to deny it. Even after having their partner company ******** in and look at everything they approved it and then they decided they're going to deny it with no communication to me or to my mechanic or any of those things. Because they want me to turn in an oil receipt which I do have. And I let the warranty lapse after they denied coverage because why would I pay a company to cover my car when they're not when they're going to deny it to get fixed when it's under the warranty what needed fixed. I had a power train enhanced warranty. So it's now been a total of 5 months My car is still at the mechanic shop and I have to seek legal counsel to get them to cover my car that is legit and was covered under the warranty when it entered that mechanic shop and everything was up to par with the contract.I am taking them to court over this.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.

We also take the time to respond to the reviews accordingly because there is more than one side to every situation. Please understand that Atlas is just the activation center, and we do not approve or deny claims on are end. You were set up with ************** there the ones that held the coverage on your vehicle, and they are the ones who judicate claims. Upon further investigation, the claim was denied due to not being outside of your ***** period which was gone over with you on the day you reinstated. We understand your frustration and have tried to reach out to you more than once to clarify the issue but you're not available. You never reached out to Atlas for assistance with the claim denial, so we were unaware there was any concerns at hand. Upon further discovery we did review the call, and the *** did go over the ***** period with you in full. 5 starsGreat company!!!!! I got a notice for my 2015 ***** impala. Knew it was important to be covered and I called in. The staff was so professional and polite. I got an amazing deal on my policy and even got a year of maintenance included!!! After having 3 months my A/C went out in the middle of the summer. I pay way too much for this warranty and for them not to do anything for when my car did breakdown not even covering a wheel bearing so when it came time for me to cancel the policy basically the guy told me **** care of my own car is how he put it, then rudely hanging up on me.very very poor customer service never again ****** learned . !!!BUYER BEWARE!!!: ************ is garbage. As a repair facility I recommend that no one buy this coverage.They claim to have no managers or oversight on how they are interpreting their contracts. When I asked to speak to a manager, the representative told me that the Contract was the manager.My customer came in with a bad CV axle. The boot is torn and the joint has failed. They are the first company to ever claim that a CV axle boot falls under seals and gaskets and therefore the part is not covered. THE CV AXLE IS BAD! COVER THE PARTS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAYING YOU MONEY! No one in the automotive repair industry is replacing a CV Axle boot.The representative was very uneducated and unprofessional.Atlas Vehicle Protection LLC.
