  I ordered three of these cameras. The add said they were military quality. Far from the truth. The cameras arrived in a small box with no packing. The memory cards were just put on top inside the box. As I set up the cameras two did not work at all. And only one worked. I was tricked into buying the cloud feature that I did not want. They are plastic junk cameras! I called Dotcom and a person who could not speak correct English answered the phone. He told me they dont pay for return shipping. And if these were a sale item I could not get my money back. I paid $188 for the three plus three memory cards. I *********** them back with pictures of how they came in the box. I fully intend on getting a refund and if I dont I will file with the better business people. Dont buy these cameras! Its a ripoff.

  This company does not deserve ANY stars! The light bulb camera did not work. I ordered 2 of them at $87.90, and paid $17 to mail them back. After a month, I called to check if they were going to give me credit for the return. They denied sending them to me, or charging my credit card. They claimed they didnt have my address or phone number. **** tracking showed it delivered to their front desk. I filed a dispute with the card company, but ** still out the return shipping. Do not order from this company. They are a total scam!

  CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.have had 2 of the 4 units bought from them replaced. These 2 failed.absolutlely no customer service.

  I should have read reviews before buying. A glitch on the order screen prompted my fraud alert to decline the 3 year "warranty" charges. I was paying with Paypal like I normally do for this type of thing. I called to find out what was happening and after a 5 min hold I was connected with someone who was not good at speaking English. I told him I couldn't purchase the warranty online and he said he'd need my CC for that and that seemed strange, so I said "just cancel the whole order then" because now I had a really bad feeling I was being scammed. He seemed mad, but SAID he would cancel it. Then I went on Paypal to see what I could do about the other charges for the actual products and it showed I had signed up for re-occurring charges that is not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement!! Promptly cancelled that too!!! I gave it a few hours to receive my cancellation email, but it never came so I called again. I'm giving an extra star for the girl ***** who answered their telephone number for promptly cancelling my order and refunding my card. Thats the only positive I can say about this experience. I'm not sure what this company is about, but the red flags were hard to ignore. I feel like the actual company and the people who do the warranty are two separate entities?? IDK? Was looking forward to the cool security cameras too, but I don't have money to waste. I'm just glad I trusted my gut!

  Run away fast and far this company is a scam and there cameras are junk,I purchased three light bulb camera I was charged for 6 and not at the advertised rate.They did refund three of the cameras after installing the other 3 cameras finding that they almost don't move at all they don't detect or video movement , if you want these to work put the camera on your phone that you want to see and sit and watch it for 8 or 10 hours that's the only way you're going to see what happened I've walked in front of the camera holding my phone and it never saw me junk and I'm guessing from *****

  I keep getting a $19.95 Deducted from my debit card. I was able to get a hold of them one time they credited me back two payments. I just noticed that they put the charges right back on my debit card. Do not buy from.com products. They are thieves its a scam. You will order something from them and what you receive is either way inferior or its nothing like what you think you bought. Or theyll send you half of it and you cant get a hold of nobody. Do not buy from these thieves.

  This company is possibly the 2nd worse company I've dealt with. Each time I called they would hang the phone up are claim they would call me back, but NEVER did I hear back from them. Yet I even took the steps of going through the prompts for technical support, and again, no help. They would hang up the phone. Save yourself the pain of not dealing with unwelcoming companies like this, they're just there for the money. And the worse part you're at a hope/prayer of getting a refund. Plus, you have too pay for the return yourself. Again, buyer be wear. One shouldn't have tok call 5-6 times without any help are feedback.

  Not a good company and poor quality products. Overcharge via a recurring service scheme. Hard to contact. No response to emails. Discover card could not assist in disputes. Overcharged ***** dollars per month for a year. Finally only way to resolve issue was to close credit card account. Dont be fooled by slick advertising.

  I purchased three cameras prior to doing any investigation shame on me. I opened two of the three cameras followed the letter to the ** Had issues with both cameras. I then made several attempts seven or Eight on two different days trying to get through to technical support,I would be on hold anywhere from five minutes to twenty five minutes and at the end of each hold I would get an automatic thank you goodbye . I strongly advise not to do business with this company. If you purchase this product and are greatly dissatisfied with it as I am you will still have to pay for a return shipping. So now not only do I not have a security system its cost me money for the returns. Shame on me for not doing my homework.

  I was charged $31.90 USD out of nowhere by this company. Thank goodness I have fraud protection on my card and instantly received a text that the charge was declined. I admit, as most do, I shop online, but I was napping when I got the text. I don't know what these people sell, but I want to share it with everyone. Be vigilant; everyone; we work too hard to have our hard-earned cash stolen. ****
