    I ordered without doing any research after I read reviews I canceled my order I was as refunded my money right away no problems. I only canceled my order because of all the negative reviews. I really wanted the light bulb camera but never gave it a chance **** I did the right thing

    Dot com products fraudulently signed me up for a $19.85 subscription without my knowledge or authorization. Caused major inconvenience when fraud alerted on **** card, investigation ensued and card had to be cancelled and replaced.

    Beware dot com cameras Worst product and awful customer service. dot com company is made up of lies and just here to steal your money!!! Dont make the mistake I did with the hype they work. They DO Not!! And company wont stand behind their piece of garbage product or REFUND!Do better dot com

    These people are fraudulent and a scam. I could not install the app without giving them my credit card number. Says first 5 days are free and after that they charge your card $39.95 monthly. This company is a fraud and scam operation.

    I wish could give negative rating.The product doesnt work and if asked to return , no shipping label is provided.Spent $70 for this faulty product another $35 to return to get back my refund.So miserable service.

    Bad communication. I noticed that my order was wrong when they emailed my order confirmation. I immediately replied to the email. No answer. I called the next morning, put on hold for 40 minutes. Emailed again to cancel order, no reply. Called again Monday morning, put on hold no answer. Finally called credit card company to challenge payment. They agreed. Interestingly Dot Com listed the transaction not as one but three individual transactions. Probably to keep it under a federal threshold penalty.

    This stinks. Read return policy. No returns after 30 days. We'll shipping was 10 days after order. Received after 10 days. Tried in vain. Won't power on. Worthless **** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Tried technical help..haha!!! Lesson learned!!!!! Before ordering anything check return policy! Never buy from here.

    I bought few cameras from DOTCOM. I have a personal problem. My spouse doesnt want it anywhere near the house for privacy reasons. I am a henpecked spouse, I have to obey . I need a 'RETURN AUTHORIZATION" . I have not even opened the Box. Please send me instructions to return the box containing Cameras. Thanks for your help.     When did it become legal to flat out lie to sell a product?!?!?! I wish I had read the reviews but I didnt so they got me. I wonder if theres ever any consequences to businesses like this?!?!
