    *******,You placed an order on 8/17 for 1 Light bulb camera for $36.00 NOT $39. You also added 1 64GB SD card for $19. $36 (Camera) + $19 (SD Card) = $55.Your are incorrect as the app DOES NOT require you to purchase Cloud Storage, It is 100% optional. Please educate yourself on our products by reading our manual --> **************************************************************************************

    Terrible!! A total setup ****** down the toilet!! Ordered 3 security cameras came in after about a month. Set up was horrible the cameras wont go on 5G Wi-Fi. Then they want you to buy their cloud for a monthly fee. The cameras do not record. They do not even rotate. Oh well $117 down the **** ****!!

    I wish I would of read all the negative comments sent to the BBB before I ordered the 2 bulb cameras and the SD card. I paid $27.00 for SD card and it doesn’t fit in the camera. Paid $71.95 for cameras that don’t work unless you buy their iCloud monthly it’s a scam and they should not be in business period. This also was a gift ****** *

    Hello ********,You did not pay, $27 for an sd card, You paid $19. The ** cards do fit in the camera, You should refer to page 15 in the manual on the proper way to insert the Micro ** card. Also you are incorrect about our cameras requiring Cloud storage. We advertise to purchase the ** cards vs using the cloud service. These cameras work the same with or without Cloud storage. You can simply deny the cloud service which is also in the manual. Not sure how this is a scam, Please refer to your manual. **************************************************************************************

    Don't buy from this company. Lights made in *****. Instructions tell you not to put in "damp or dusty place". Outside?? Phone message warns not to touch light if it gets wet. Suggests putting it under an awning. There is no return address; must call company. Over 2 hours and 2 days to finally get someone to answer. 2 associates said they would email return address....not done. Finally had to get someone on the phone line "for orders". I insisted they read out address to return it. Meanwhile, I had sent the bulbs to the Earth City address out of desperation to meet the 30 day return limit. It is vacant! **** returned it to me. I've resent it to the ***** address, certified mail. We'll see if I get my money back within 3 days, as they told me.

    Should have read reviews prior to ordering. I purchased 3 lightbulb cameras and 3 64GB SDcards for a total sum of $174.00. My mother and I are both handicapped and worry about our safety. This product was not the answer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY"

    Don't buy from this company. I purchased 3 security camera lights and once I got them, I was disappointed in there operations. I called customer services for 3 days waiting on hold sometimes for up to 1 hour ( dummy me). Finally I got someone who could barely speck English. May god if your going to use out of country customer services worker make sure they are understood and can speck the kings English enough to explain things and carry on a conversation. Requested to return and get refund. Was told that returning the product and shipping was not refundable. The website clearly reads that there is a 100% return guarantee plus also refund the cost of shipping it back. That was **. but after reading these reviews, not sure it im going to return product. Seems like its a waste of time, and they'll have my money and camera's. Win Win for them. If someone from your company reads this Im happy to have a conversation with them. My order # is ********** which has all my infor. How does a company like this stay in business and able to sell to consumers.

    I ordered the camera and an SD card. After receiving the camera and card within a reasonable time, the SD card doesn't fit the camera. I emailed with no response, messaged with no response (many times) and called, which after an actual hour on hold spoke to a woman who's english was not great. After a short conversation and her supposedly speaking to a supervisor I was to receive the correct card and or adapter, she didn't seem clear on this. Either way, I have received nothing and currently I am on hold on the phone 30mins in right now.

    ****,I am sorry you have had to wait on hold for so long and were told wrong information on the phone. We only sell 1 type of ** card and 1 camera. I believe this is just an installation problem. Good news is I have sent an email to you with Color instructions on how to install the ** card into the camera. Page 15 of the manual. Thanks
