Ordered and paid for 6 laughing toys, only received one. One came in bubble mailer #0, Roughly an envelope 7" by 9". CONTACTED COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO CORECTIVE RESPONSE.. The only thing the company wanted was a photo of the one toy we received. Unable to provide photo because we gave it as a gift to our church Pastor's new born son. I still have mailer that the one came in. Ordered on July 2nd, 2024. Sent E-Mail on July 10, 2024. I would like the other five please. I placed an order (EM20-8062436) for 20L potted plant s Miracle Gro Performance organic compost. I was messaged on 7/15/24 that it had shipped. It never arrived! I reached out to the customer service via email and got no response. On June 24, 2024, order number EM20-4778477, I ordered a pair of glasses from them and they are not strong enough to do the job. I have macular degeneration. I ordered a product which is a lip liner. My account was debited $44.32. I received an item which is not even close to what I ordered. Its some kind of product to strengthen your nails. I sent emails and tried to call a 718 area code number provided. No one returned my calls or responded to email requests. I finally received an email on tuesday,7/2/2024 informing me my account was credited. I have not received any monies from this company. I just want my money returned. On the 17th I placed an order with Every market as it came up while looking for a specific product. It cost me $49 including shipping. It was shampoo and conditioner that I cant find on Amazon anymore, which is where I usually get it. They emailed me back with no real answers. Just said they were waiting for a response from another department. I decided that the stress wasnt worth it and asked for a refund. They responded and told me to wait, that theyre waiting to resolve the issue. I told them that if they wanted to resolve the issue than to cancel my order and refund me. They started ignoring me after that. Im so irritated because I couldve spent a little more on an overseas legitimate website and would be getting it next week. Before purchasing from this website, I checked their about us and contact pages and say that they are a US based company, so I felt comfortable that I wasnt being scammed. I checked their instagram today and its full of comments from other people who have also been scammed by this company. I purchased some "Up and Up flushable cleaning cloths" from a company called EveryMark on May 21, 2024. It was advertised as a new product and cost $62.83. The order number is #EM20-3022607.The package arrived and the product seal was opened and the wipes had a brown stain on them, additionally the packages were very light which indicated they were old and had dried out. I looked up the refund policy and followed the protocols per their instructions on 5/24, 5/29. They emailed me back twice saying they are working on it and I have not heard anything since 6/4 and also emailed them again about a status update on 6/7. I attached the photos to the (5/29) email as they requested but I'm having difficulties adding them below. I ordered a book from the company. At first a package tracking link worked, although the status of the package's shipment did not seem to change. Now the link does not work. When I go to the EveryMarket website to try to track my package and order, it tells me there's no record. I submitted a request for information through the contact link on the website and have received no response. My order number is EM20-22510 and the tracking number is CP262430399CN. I used a universal parcel tracking website, and am told there is no record of such a tracking number with various shipping services.
