I ordered an Ionic footbath machine on 11/13, their email confirmed receipt of order and showed the item being packed the same day. Their email said 5 to 10 day delivery. To date I have received nothing and their " contact us" section says it does not exist. Their contact number goes to voice mail which is full and cannot accept message. Do I have any recourse ? On September 19th, 2023, order#************ was generated and paid for.
The item ordered has not arrived at all. Tried contacting the seller and I've not received a response.
The order totaled $1652.98 charged and reconciled. I need to know where the item is at. the latest update from Every Market is that it's being packed. I purchased a carburetor from them on 11 24 23 for the price of *****. I have been checking on my order several times and it says it's being packed since 11 24 23 and today is 11 30 23. I have messaged them twice and tried calling no reply on any of them. The voice mail box is full. I made the purchase on my cell phone. I ordered a mirror on Everymarket. The total was $32.84. The mirror that was sent to me was a completely different mirror and a much smaller one than in the description. We believe our customer service team has response in time and as we mentioned, "the product you purchased is taking a little bit of time since the product is from our warehouse abroad. Once we receive it in our ******** warehouse, we will reship it to you as soon as possible. We will keep you posted once the tracking number is available. I purchased 1x 2.4oz of Maison ******************************* baccarat rouge 540 extrait on November 12th, 2023. Upon receiving product I immediately opened it, VERY eager to receive product, I was very upset because I immediately noticed the perfumes front gold sticker was COMPLETELY off and it was sticking to the instruction book. So I inspected product and saw several minor discrepancies pointing to fake product as there is a lot of fakes for that product. I also can tell immediately by the smell of the product! It smells nothing like the real one and doesnt even last 2 minutes. I did try to email them twice on their return email stated on the website. Of course I never received any replies. My order number is EM20-8185973. Besides the whole front being completely off of the product, the gold has a ton of flaws vs the real one is very clean and sleek, and the batch number on the bottom of this one is fading and the real one its etched in very good and clean and it doesnt fade off(one of the photos attached shows an authentic one). I will attach photos of those few things. I had a welcome discount of 10% so after the 10% applied my total came to $189.23. Thats a bit high for a fake product that smells horrible.
