  Worst service I have ever had. Only use this company if you do not want your trash to be picked up. They don't give refunds for not doing there job. Do your job!!! They do not deserve any stars.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Our trash hasn't been picked up in a month. We did have some bad weather days, but AAA picked up other people's trash on our road. I called for a refund and was told "too bad", we don't give refunds. I stated that I wanted to cancel my service and this company does not care about losing customers. No explanation was given for why our trash has not been picked up, no apologies were made, and the lady on the phone was very rude.

  That's not true. A they say not much they can do about the roads.. our road has been fine. I offered to send pictures, video, and they say no.. I said send someone out here to check, it's not true. What was the excuse In the summer time,? They didn't pick up ALOT then either. There company is terrible. The drivers pick up when they feel like it. They don't take care of you the next day , you have to wait until the next week on your scheduled day. You receive no compensation for that week.. they think that's ok. We're paying for the trash to be picked up every week not when they feel like it.. how is that the way to run a business. The girls don't have any authority or any idea what should be done. It took over a year to get a cart. We're both disabled . We live in the country. I can't tell you how many times I've had to pick up trash because animals get in it. They don't care. They don't know what there doing. It's obvious. I've had it with them. But I hate that there portraying their selves as being in business all these years. They just bought it a few years ago. There ruining triple A's name. There the worst trash company I've ever had. Don't waste your money! Triple a is the worst out there

  This company does not provide services that customer pays for. Driver picked up trash one time in the past 6 weeks. After calling the office multiple times, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager and my account was not credited, despite paying for the services in advance. Zero accountability or customer service!

  Unfortunately we do not have control over the weather, we are not the ones who clear roads during inclement weather. If the roads stay ice/snow cover for weeks at time, there is not much we can do about it except get all the trash cleaned up the next time we can safely make it to the stop. We do not give credit because we will take all of the trash, not just one weeks worth. We bill a monthly rate, not per week. We did call the customer back but they did not answer. We did credit her account for 1 week.

  Customer service will talk to you like your stupid ,Pick Ted's trash company instead where everything is cheaper an they are a family owned business that loves what they do.

  Horrible service sent me 2 recycle bins. I have called for over a month to see when they can pick them up dont even have their service anymore and they still dont pick up. They are horrible. They have this rating for a reason awful!!!

  AAA is the worst company I have dealt with. They didn't pick up trash for 2 weeks in a row and we're the rudest people I have ever heard when I called both times to complain. I asked to speak with a manager and they were the manager. I asked the owners names and phone number, but was told they don't speak to customers and don't give out their names. Refused to come back and pick up the trash both times so I cancelled the service and told them point blank what they could do with it! They'll be an empty building pretty soon where they use to conduct business. Sweet justice!!

  This service has always went above and Beyond! The employees ***** and ************** Have noticed me missing putting my barrells out due to family illnesses and they came up to house and dumped them for me! This was a blessing to me!! All of thier employees I've dealt with have a great attitude also!!! ?? % recommend them!!!!!!!

  I have not had any issues at all with their service. I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but my experience has always been good. Office staff is friendly when I call to pay my bill. Theyre on time every week to pick up my trash. Overall a good company.

  Don't use, horrible service! I started my trash service on September 23, 2022 and immediately paid for the service for September, October and November trash pick up. To date, out of the 8 weeks of trash service 6 of the 8 weeks have been missed. I have called over and over again about my trash not being picked up and each time the service was not provided I was told that it cannot be picked up until the next week. I have requested that the route manager, the office manager, and the owner call me regarding this matter and I am told they don't make calls or someone takes a message and I never receive a call back. Don't waste your time or money!!
