      Terrible company.. Can't follow city rules and not pick up in middle of the night

      AAA Disposal is paid two months at a time for residential service. AAA has missed picking up our trash 3 out of the last 4 weeks. Although we are charged for two months service at a time, customer ********************** rep indicates that they only give a credit if three weekly pickups are missed in a row. The company does not return calls. Because they only offer credits on the next two-month ****, when you change service, you end up paying for the missed pickups anyway. Customer ********************** indicated that the company policy was that you must miss at least 3 pickups (1/2 of the service days which she indicated was based on a 5 week month) Basically, they can miss 6 pickups in a two month period and justify no service...and unless there are 3 missed in a row, the are not obliged to give a credit. Out of the 3 missed services, they did promise a credit for one of them. I will be going to another provider, so I've given away 3 missed services and another full month of service.Don't even consider this business for your service if you are in a somewhat rural area.

      The customer ********************** is a joke. They do not fully empty my trash. The jerk they have picking up the trash is rude and wont put my garbage can on the truck to dump everything, he just picks the bags out. I have called twice about it and they just do not care and rude on top of it. There is nothing on the website about how trash should be bagged. I have been throwing loose trash in my bin for years and NEVER had a problem until this. No wonder they have an F rating
