      According to the mis-named "customer service" representative, it takes 10-days to post a government issued direct deposit. They said they have no control over when deposits are made and it doesn't matter if their failure to promptly post a direct deposit results in over-drafts. If you have an account with them, LEAVE NOW. They're going to find a way to mess you up. I've filed a complaint with the Missouri banking commission, Consumer Credit, and am hiring an attorney to go after their sketchy banking practices.

      I had an Aspire Card for several years. Was never late. They never increased my credit limit of ******. Then they started charging a ***** monthly fee stated as maintenance. I closed my own account. I had 1 more payment. Opened the app. To pay that and they have added another ***** fee as an annual fee on a closed account. They are refusing to reverse the ***** fee that I was not made aware of. I would of had it paid off if I had of known about it. This is so wrong.

      RECEIVED A CREDIT CARD TODAY FROM BANK OF MISSOURI, WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. DO NOT WANT THIS CARD AND WILL NOT ACTIVATE IT OR USE IT. IT IS TO BE CANCELED AT ONCE. WILL GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING. WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO OPEN A CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME?

      Received a letter stating starting 02/27/2025 that my Aspire Master Card issued by The Bank of Missouri will start charging a $15 account maintenance fee/$180 annually on a credit card that only has a $400 credit line. What a joke and scam by banks to use their credit card. I will take a hit on my credit rating when I can cancel the card due to this scam. Credit Bureau needs to not lower your credit score for closing an account.

      This bank and it's line of credit through Fortiva Retail Credit are listed as 1 star on here for good reasons!!! They give you a credit card agreement but then during the agreement that has already VERY high minimum payments, they add on additional fees, high fees at that, to make it even harder to get the balance paid off-and they only give you 30 days notice they are adding high additional fees!!! Do not use this card, or the Bank of Missouri, if you can go somewhere else, they are greedy and unethical!!!

      I have a ********** card out of the bank of Missouri. I had a. Milestone card that I paid off because they closed my account after they did not accept my payment that I made from my debit card they said they do not take credit cards so I made sure I made it from my debit card. They have kicked it back several times and I paid that account off to come to find out that my ********** card is from the same bank and now a $900 loan has turned into over 1000 and, Ive made several payments and theyve kicked them back and also has closed this account also and put on my credit report ruing my credit bringing it from a 700 to a 590. I need to find out what I can do about this does anybody have any options? com thank you and have a great day

      Opened an account with Milestone credit card, and they sent me a card. Before receiving the card, theyd charged me $175 in annual fees. When I finally got my card and tried to activated it (2 days later), I was told they closed my account due to suspicious activity (nobody can explain what was suspicious, I literally hadnt even received the card and it had never been used) and that it couldnt be reopened. No explanation, just a hit to my credit and now I somehow owe $175 for their annual fee despite NEVER using the card even once.

      I spent an hour on the phone trying to send a payment via ***** which the bank partners with so the only option is to go through the bank. The end result was ****** the bank manager was closing my ***** account for a year due to fraud on the only payment I have ever tried to send. ******** customer service and terrible business.
