I received an Aspire credit card from Bank of Missouri. I am currently behind 2 payments and yet they are harassing me constantly! I have called and asked for possible hardship and all they say is NOTHING THEY CAN DO! IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY KIND OF VOICE! How can a company not want to help you? I have other cards that lower interest rates, remove late fees, maybe hardship program to help the consumer! Not the Aspire card! They want to match your payment by 50% and then still charge you late fees, high interest and report to the *************. Still today they say they can't help me! This company and Missouri Bank should never be recommended! They should help us give them their monies. So sad

Bank of Missouri, through one of its affiliates, provides inferior, incomplete, inadequate service, and moreover, provides flimsy excuses to justify its inability to resolve issues rather than to offer to help find a solution. The credit card is their Milestone Mastercard, for which one pays an annual fee for the privilege to hold, but whose management is apparently outsourced, to whom they do not say, and whose customer service center is based overseas at what appears to be a Philippines call center where the agents, nor the supervisors, are able to provide adequate or timely replies, explanations, or resolutions. (For the record, a day after I called the card servicer to advise I would be traveling overseas for work and would be using the card, a transaction for several dollars at a convenience store was rejected. I called to ask if there was a problem with my card, and was told that the card was cancelled due to the detection of possible fraud, of which I was never notified, of which they could not tell me from whence the "fraud" came, and could only say that a new card would be sent in about two weeks. I called the actual Bank of Missouri to report the negative experience, and they said that there was nothing they could do, that I had signed their service agreement which allows them to conduct themselves vaguely, and that the lack of service was my problem, not theirs.) *********** is worse than paltry, the lack of disposition to help is egregious, and their excuse making is embarrassing. Whatever kind of operation they are running, it is not designed to support their customers except with the most basic of responses. Sincerely and emphatically, I would warn anyone away from not only soliciting this Milestone credit card, but to avoid doing business with such an unapologetically inept and shoddy bank like the Bank of Missouri. I have rarely had such disappointing service, and with a cavalier attitude to boot. Horrific experience.

My review is similar to ALL the others. They just told me I was signed up for autopay but missed a payment. When I questioned how the previous 6 payments went through and the current one did not theu THEN TOLD ME I WAS NOT SIGNED UP FOR AUTOPAY!!! They can't even get their facts straight. I'm also reporting them to the **** I'm going to reference these BBB reviews. 1/5 stars. ON 25 REVEWS! Looks like I'm NOT the only one that got taken advantage of and credit was impacted. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LENDERS LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SANCTIONED AND SHUT DOWN. It speaks VOLUMES that NONE of these reviews are even replied too. It's OBVIOUS they DON"T care and are planning on continuing scamming people since that's their MO apparently.

Do not, I repeat Do not get this card. I had this card for 3 years, I made faithful payments every month. I had 3 refunds put back on my card. The agent sent me over to the fraud department to close this card. I said, this issue is not a case for fraud. They closed that card and gave me a new card. I received my refund credit on my new card. I use my card. I had available credit left was $3.00. I get an email stating that I needed to pay $181.00 on my card. I looked at my Aspire app: credit limit is $650.00 and Im over my limit and says $831.00. I need to pay $135.00 to be under my credit limit. Uh, no this math isnt adding up and theres a mistake somewhere. I call. They couldnt understand WTF I was talking about, and started to rattle off my recent purchases. I stopped the agent, and said thats not what Im calling about. I told them something about your math is way off. Argument insued, and I called them morons and hung up phone. I called back again, ** determined to get this resolved. Well, gave me numbers to call fraud department, another moron and couldnt understand the problem. I was told to call investigations, another moron. I called the customer service back, because maybe I was missing something, and this woman told me that my account has been closed permanently and yes the company wanted me to pay them back for the credit they gave me, I had the gull to use this credit. I said to get this right, a company takes money from me and I closed that account and asked for my refund, this company closes that card to prevent anymore payments from that company ( which isnt fraud), NOW you guys sent me another card with the amount of my refund plus payment I made, I USE MY NEW CARD AND LEAVE A BALANCE OF $3.00 ( on purpose), and you guys closed my account ( which is unknown to me) and now your demanding I pay you guys back for the credit you gave to me IN THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND???? She said Yes and this all made no sense. I said thanks and hung up. Beware!!

Awful experience - I closed my account fully and was still charged 13$ months later. The money isn't a big deal but the fact that they mislead me and tried to steal money from me deserves to be noted. Do not open an account with them. The customer service is an utter joke - good luck getting any assistance or answers to any of your issues

Applied for and received an Aspire credit card. They Instated a $49 annual fee after I had the card for a few months. They charge "account management fees" of $5. It took me an hour to close my account, first via chat and they hung up on me and then by calling the toll free number. I paid off my account and it took 19 days to be recorded as paid, meanwhile interest was charged. They are a shady operation and should be at least fined if not driven out of business. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

This company issues credit cards via Aspire Mastercard. It took them nearly 3 months to issue me out the card post approval. I called them several times regarding the matter and was only today that they were behind in the production of the cards. I informed them of how it was indeed a reckless practice to continue sending me and others card offers via mail, but not able to submit the actual cards until months later. I inevitably spoke with a gentleman by the name of *******, of whom assured me that they had a good working relationship with the Credit Burueas, and that they would be able to possibly remove the hard inquiry I took for the card, for the hardship I endured. That turned out to be inaccurate and I still have the inquiry as of today. I have been adamant regarding the card's system, refusing to accept my Visa issued debit cards via my bank(*****) of whom has a nationally recognized corporate name(*********). They'll accept the checking/routing numbers but not the debit card numbers, themselves, which in turns delays an immediate payment being processed. I have spoken to them and management regarding this particular matter, 4 times or so now. I was told that I would get a call back from a Corporate representative Monday at a time of my previous call(also called and spoked with a Manger this morning).
