      Has ANYONE received from the Bank of Missouri their Policies and Procedures, Business Practices governing use of their cards Aspire or any others? The Rep whom I spoke with stated:: I could call the "BANK" however they (no name entity) is in charge of how the fee(s) and excessive charges as well policies are made NOT THE BANK....Hmmmmmm. But the Cards are Issued by the BANK and on the Banks Website it states these are the Cards they Offer. Additionally this Individual Stated: While their Current email regarding this Impromptu Maintenance Fee of $60 could be "Rejected" is the verbiage they use, the account would be Deactivated and the $60 would still be charged, as monthly installments for outstanding balances would continue to be accepted. None of which can be Substantiated as part of their By Laws which should align with Banking and Trade Laws as they have NOT PROVIDED ANY OF US WITH SUCH INFORMATION. I BELIEVE there are some VERY QUESTIONABLE BANKING AND FINANCIAL PRACTICES HAPPENING THAT NEED THE EYES OF THE FDIC, FTC, Your STATES Attorney General Office, and include the ******** ******* ** *** ***** ** ********* SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY A MIDST.

      I Think they got me for $89.00 3/01/2023 I am a 75 year old Recent Widow trying to get my Credit Scores up so I can buy a Home and the one thing they tell you to do is pay off credit cards and open new Credit Card accounts I have done so and this is the first time I got Hoodwinked! I am from Missouri and wanted a card for when I am visiting.! Think again I will nerver pre pay a card Fee again!

      This company sold a five year old invalidated account to a collection to a collection agency. And they have the audacity to still hold it on my credit file. So now I have two different companies on my credit file claiming the same account on my credit report. This is not only unethical, it is also a violation of the Fair credit reporting act.

      can never get a straight answer from these people, every answer they give starts with IF YOU PAY **, pretty sure if someone fell on the floor with a heart attack they'd say if you pay ** we'll call 911.

      People beware I canceled my card with these people because they were saying that I wasn't making my payments on time and that my bank was refusing to pay them my payments which was inaccurate I would make my payment days in advance and my bank would not refuse a direct payment from them they will deliberately come up with ways to add charges to you account especially late fees that are miraculously more than the payments do not use these people they are a scam

      Obtained a credit card for emergencies from The Bank of Missouri (aspire). I used it for an emergency in April and paid of that amount. 3 months later they close my account because of no activity. They could have reached out to me and said something needs to trickle into and out of the account to keep it active but due to poor customer practices they just send an email saying we closed your account please do not use your card! What a joke.

      I think that this company is a scam. I do not remember signing up for this card but they sent me one and I have never used it and now they tell me that I owe ****** dollars! I have called them to cancel it but they just keep sending me bills. They really ****.
