    I called to cancel my coverage plan with this company. They made it very difficult and kept asking for information about my new plan with another company after I kindly refused three times. It is unfortunate how passive aggressive the representative got as the call progressed. The representative meant to cancel my policy and hang up. No confirmation, no refund. When I asked about a refund (since I was still under my 30 day period) the representative actually insulted me saying that I was not counting the days since I started my plan and suggested I check my calendar correctly. Be prepared for passive aggressiveness and to be pushed off the phone if you ever need to cancel. The only good thing I can say is when I called back for confirmation and a refund, the two other representatives in billing and customer service were so helpful and efficient. They also were able to confirm that the other representative did cancel my plan, but specifically did not issue a refund. I was also told by the first representative I had to send a letter even though I was initially speaking with the cancellation department. Basically, they will say ANYTHING to make you believe youre wrong and get out of refunding you.

    Eleras sent my grandmother coverage notices about her vehicle via mail. Her vehicle has 7k miles on it and 2 service contracts through her dealer which were purchased at the time she purchased her vehicle. She did not need this scam service contract that they charged her $159.00 for and planned to for another 2 years.

    The correct price of their insurance was never reveled to me clearly. The agent was very rude when I asked detailed questions and he by passed my questions. I finally got it cancelled but it wasnt easy. Beware of extra fees!

    These use fraud and deception to make you believe they are a 3rd party from a major car manufacturer. THEY ARE NOT! And to cancel coverage is beyond terrible! **************** is twice as bad!!!

    Run for the hills! Do not seek out this company for any form of vehicle coverage plan, They will charge you and make it very difficult to fulfill any claims you file. When I tried to cancel (because I already had coverage through my primary insurer for the same services) I spoke to three representatives, all of which who tried to stall me, wear me down or just block my simple request. The low value of the coverages combined with the very bad customer service makes for the perfect storm of a terrible company to partner with. Seek other options!!!!

    Okay,I made a call earlier today on June 9, 2025. The call was to cancel my vehicle warranty plan which the agent at the end said it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. However, to verify this is true I have requested a cancellation confirmation from Eleras Automotive Group. My question now is how long will the confirmation cancellation letter take to be mailed to me so, I know the company has fully cancelled my policy? My contract number is: *****************. Currently dealing with another dispute with another company so, my current card on file is cancelled anyways. But any future charges will be registered as fraudulent and taking to an *** filing like this other company. I will be sending a letter of my cancellation call too so, expect that as well.Thanks,***** ********.
