    I just got the threatening pink card that makes it sound as though my brand new vehicle Warranty would lapse. This should not presented on a brand new vehicle. And the company knows it's brand new because the card has the year of the vehicle. Which is this year.

    I had a contract with this group. They are more customer-responsive and professional in nature than the other groups. In terms of warranty, they are very careful and sincere in their service.

    After I figured out what it really was, I called to cancel as I didnt need an extended warranty. After she kept raising her voice and kept arguing with me why I was canceling and that I wouldnt back down. She said I would be refunded in 10 days and hung up. I will definitely keep a close watch if I get refunded.

    I got a sketchy almost 'official looking' type of pink slip notice that my warranty was about to run out and to act fast, despite the fact that I just got the car and activated a brand new warranty. Being a new car buyer and outright dumb I went through with the call and gave them information to charge me for a down-payment, and a 5 YEAR plan. Realizing I still obviously had an active warranty I called back to try to cancel and they sent me on hold 5 separate times, one time I was waiting for around 15 minutes before I gave up and called back, just to be put on hold again. Once I finally got into contact with a representative he started hounding me for answers on why I would ever dare think of cancelling, and started asking different questions pertaining to my vehicle and current plans (which no doubt is going into some file they can sell to other companies). Instead of just accepting that I already have coverage, and to cancel, he began pulling a comparison game and almost made me out to be an idiot for not just accepting their service. Put himself on some kind of holy angelic pedestal that he was just trying to save me from issues when my current warranty runs out. Then when I made it clear I just wanted to cancel he abruptly hung up on me and by gut feeling I knew he did not cancel. After maybe 3 minutes he called back and told me he had a hot deal to lower my monthly payments, but I still declined reiterating to just cancel altogether. I also tried to verify that he actually did cancel, which he said yes, but I still have my doubts. Going to make sure my bank knows to not allow this shady company anywhere near my account. I feel so stupid for going along with this sleazy scam. Just holding out hope whatever information they sell from me doesn't go very far. Though I'm positive the premiums whatever third party companies give them for poor saps' info will make up for the cancellation.

    Glad all issues were solved. They reimbursed me for $395 initial payment and put stop to the other recurrent payments for $200+ . When I realized it was a scam( they send me a letter with my car lease company logoI called my company and **** not sent me anything. I called Eleras again . In order to keep me the lowered my monthly payments from 200 to 74 dollars plus. The customer reps are rude and they try to convince the customer that are not scam. They also told me they were BBB approved when actually they are not.The worst is that they take advantage of senior citizens. They company is dangerous and should be closed. They are a threat to our society

    I am beyond furious with this company. My car has been in the shop since the 2nd week of June and it is now the second week of August. I have lost my job do to lack of transportation. They only cover up to $250 for a rental which is about a week. My dealership just gave me a car 3 days ago. They keep ordering faulty parts to put in my car that are not working. Then when my dealership contacts them to get a new part they take a week every time to come out and inspect. I have never been treated so badly in my life! Do not purchase a warranty here it will save you a headache when your most vulnerable. I am a single mother my child just started school I cant currently support him. Im very disappointed.

    If I could give it no stars I would this company has harassed us has called us names refuses to stop calling. We tried to cancel our policy and all they do is consistently call from different numbers we blocked so far at least five numbers from this company and they still consistently call. Theyve also done auto withdrawals after we requested our policy to be canceled we have now had to close banking accounts and re-open accounts because of this company.

    Tried to cancel my agreement after just two hours and when I mentioned cancel they acted like they could not hear me. This happened twice with two different people. Then their phone number went dead! I canceled my credit card that I used with them. They told me they were affiliated with GMC which is a lie.
