    I brang my car to Ford Monday the 19th. They told me what work needed to be fixed, I was preapproved for services that with Elarea that Monday but they wanted to look at the car themselves Wednesday which they did. After waiting 48hours like you guys suggested I called on the 27, 28 which yesterday was in the last process at 1pm….here we are another day still nothing in the system is updated. My issue is that I cannot get the parts ordered until this is approved. You guys only offer 3 days of rental but are costing me 2 weeks without a car just waiting for an answer…god knows what would happen if I’m not approved then I just wasted my last on this rental for only 3 days when I work 2 full time jobs. Please make this make sense to me !!! Then your workers say there’s nobody above you guys that I can complain to which was a lie! This whole company is a scam

    I was sold an extended auto protection plan for my 2024 ******* Tucson, covering the period from the end of the 5th year through the end of the 7th year, for what I was told was a total price of $179. However, a few weeks later, I received a printed policy indicating the total cost was actually $4,490.When I called to address this discrepancy, they claimed the $179 was only a down payment and that I was obligated to pay the remaining balance through monthly installments. I requested that they honor the original agreement, but they refused. I then asked them to void the transaction, and they responded that there was nothing they could do.

    I wasnt sure Id take advantage of my warranty, but after a few months, I needed my power steering replaced. Eleras made everything much simpler for me. I got in contact with them, they ensured my coverage and the repair happened quickly. I didnt need to check up on them. Reason enough for me to return to using them.

    This company is committing the worst of sins; taking advantage of senior citizens. I just received a letter from them in the form of a phony check for $225. And stating that Immediate "Response Requested"..."Our records indicate that YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your coverage.""We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days."This is just horrible. The Eleras Group is trying to con old people.They should be fined and put in jail.

    Because I was burned by a company a few years back, I was reluctant. Still, Eleras did help me when my transmission broke. Made it worth it.

    Called to get a refund today for a policy I was tricked into getting yesterday. Lady refused to send me any confirmation of the refund being processed or the cancellation of the policy. So well see if she was telling the truth. Its 2025 email confirmation for an online purchase being reversed should be standard procedure!

    The legal definition of "Fraud" is "A knowing misrepresentation or knowing concealment of a material fact made to induce another to act to his or her detriment." and the definition for "Misrepresentation" is "The act or an instance of making a materially false or misleading assertion about something with the intent to deceive." That is exactly what this company's sales person did today to sell my wife an extended warranty. I was skeptical about the call, but the car was bought and financed by my wife's mom so I did not have any idea about when the car was bought or the financial status of the car. Turns out the car was paid off a year ago. Im also sure the salesman knew this. Not only did the salesman tell me that us worked for and was a representative for *****, he told us that what he was selling was a legal requirement knowing **** well it isn't. That is the literal definition of fraudulent misrepresentation. When I called back to cancel my policy, the woman I spoke to had the audacity to question me about why I thought the salesman misrepresented himself. I do not owe an explanation to anyone and know when a company is shady, but these practices were **** near illegal. On top of that, once I was FINALLY able to get confirmation that the policy had been "cancelled", the woman hung up on me before I could request confirmation of the cancellation. We'll see if the money ever gets returned to out account. Long story short, this company is a scam, do NOT do business with them, don't trust a word they say, and hang up if they ever call you. I NEVER write reviews, but If I could give them negative stars I would.

    My finances are tight and I needed to cut back on some expenses. Since I won't be using my vehicle often, I decided to suspend the extended warranty temporarily. I contacted the accounting department and when I spoke to a representative he did not accept that I needed to cancel my policy. He kept repeating that I will spend more money in vehicle repairs if I don't have a warranty, He also offered me a discount. But the discount was 10 dollars off and not enough to convince to stay with eleras. If I was offered the discount from the time I started my policy with Eleras I might not have cancelled my warranty. However I will not be driving as much and when I do drive it within a 10 min driving radius. When I asked the representative to transfer me to his supervisor he said "I'm not going to transfer the call" He was not rude but I felt intimidated and belittled. When he finally gave in and cancelled my policy I asked for a email documentation stating that Eleras has cancelled my policy he refused to do so. I do not recommend this company and the fact I am writing a negative review this long expresses my uncomfortable and intimidated experience. Since the calls are recorded, I hope my phone interaction catches wind of the supervisor and fire the individual. I recommend that Eleras Automotive Group weed out the employees who partake in intimidation tactics
