    I'm not sure who tf this company is, but they tried scaring me with a letter about a vehicle I purchased. The only thing I can do is laugh because I haven't purchased a vehicle since almost 10 yrs ago and is paid off already plus I already have a vehicle warranty from a very superb company who I deal with when my vehicle needs fixing. So for them to try and do this to people is a major scam. I hope not many believe the s*** they're trying to do because they're false. I've currently filed a complaint and if they keep pushing then I will have to get my lawyer to contact them. So many have tried to scam and we shouldn't be scared to take them to court if necessary. It's ridiculous by all means trying to take money from people who may not have it especially in these trying times. Get an actual job and make money like the rest of us.

    Misleading letters saying. you are receiving this notice because your factory warranty has expired, or may be about to expire, by neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage if you do not meet our criteriaAfter I agreed and was charged for the first payment, I found that my warranty had not expired. The Eleras representative told me that factory warranties do not cover everything and that they are not trained to make proper repairs. It is impossible to reach them all by phone. When I called back to cancel, they asked for my customer ID. No one would answer my call. I looked up three other numbers for them. No one would ever answer. The salesman was extremely nice, but he was misleading. He wasnt being truthful. Afterwards, I realized that I shouldnt have believed him.

    I am on the phone right now with the company ELERAS GROUP to cancel the contract. I already have a 7yr, 100,000 miles warranty so didn’t need it. APMTPY CAR IS A 2022 model with 4000 miles. The woman on the line was so rude and condescending that it made me angry. She hung up on me and accuse me of hanging when I was wearing an earphone and the cell was on a table away from me. She wanted me to know that I am making a foolish decision and this is best for me. ****, I took days to think about and consider
    and decide, yet she wanted to tell me what to do. She raised her voice at me telling me to let her finish, when I already told her I just need to cancel the contract. I felt as if I was doing something wrong. NEVER AGAIN,,

It is not often we have a customer set up the coverage to turn around and cancel within a couple weeks. It is the representatives job to get to the reason why a consumer wants to cancel a contract so we can better serve other customer's. We do not condone a representative arguing with customers and this has been brought to the customer service managers attention.     This company is fraud they present themselves as your warranty months before your warranty even expires they overwhelm you in your mailbox with phone calls you have no idea how they even got your phone number so you automatically assume they must be your warranty company and that they know what they're talking about so you sign up pay an astronomical amount of money from the down payment to the monthly payments almost as much as your car payment for months you pay and then you're still getting ads in the mail about the fact that your warranty is expiring and then you find out the ad you're getting are from the actual warranty company and not only have you been paying for months for a warranty that you thought already expired but it doesn't even expire for another month so you call them and tell them you want to cancel the policy that you feel the frauded because you're paying for a warranty that you don't even need yet because you still have one for months and what you're told is by the accounts payable department we don't have the authorization to cancel your policy well who does have the authorization I'm not sure so then you tell them the policy is officially canceled you don't need permission to cancel it you're canceling it and then you get Non-Stop non stop harassing phone calls emails all day long all night long every single day every single day you block all the numbers that you're getting in from the next day a whole new group of numbers from the same exact people none stop harassment about your late payment just a friendly reminder so you tell those people it's canceled stop calling stop harassing me I don't want it you lied you're fraud you block all those numbers the next day whole new group of numbers same people calling you even go as far as to tell them the next time you get a call you're going to take the phone right to the police station and follow the police report they hang up the next day same thing all over again thousands of emails horrificscam

These notices are sent out before the manufactures coverage expires so consumers do not go unprotected. Per the terms and conditions of your contract there is a procedure to cancel your account.     Well as of 7 November 2022 the ******* group call the dealership and ask them did the transmission slip. So the question is if I didn't know what slipping was how would know if it slipping or not. Second as a customer when you spend your money you should not be wait on an adjuster to make a decision on weather the customer need a rental vehicle after the technician state problems is confirmed they shouldn't be a hold up for the customer to get a rental. When I purchased this warranty the person said they was affiliate with GMC when they are not affiliated Once the dealership tell warranty company the problem, everything should be OK for customer to get to work people can lose their job cause they got to wait on adjuster to get a rental

    How can my warranty be out and not activated It's a new vehicle and the dealer activates the factory warranty when the deliver the vehicle. This is a ******** after market warranty that does not do what they say they will And if the car needs repair then I shouldn't have bought it, so this immediate response request is ********

    terrible customer service called to get information after receiving a flyer in the mail. fast talking flim flam salesman. never answered my questions about the extended warranty that I already have, except to say his was the best. run away from these clowns.
