Helio Solar Power. I would say they are a good company, Salesman ****************** went over and above with my project, removed trees and stumps, took care of paperwork. I didn't pay a *****, my electric bill is less than half than I use to pay, I use a lot of power, able to keep house cold run my hot tub and swimming pool pump 24/7 bill never changes, ****** A, calls and emails me all the time, she makes sure I am happy. I had a very positive experience going solar with Helio. They kept me up to date throughout the process and installation was a breeze. They handled all the permits, forms, and applications. All I had to do was schedule time for the installation. The App they use, S-Miles, is very nice as it allows me to see my solar production and monitor which panels are producing the most energy at any given time. It's a good way to know you system is working and allows me to plan my energy usage accordingly. Even after install was complete and I was up and running, they were responsive to my inquiries and made sure I was comfortable with their answers. We have had a good experience with Helio Solar Power. We were introduced to Helio by Excel Solar. The initial meeting went well and our questions were answered. Additional questions were answered also without problems. I received a thorough explanation and drawing of the proposed system for my approval. The installation went smoothly and looks good. It took longer than expected on ComEd's approval but we are up and running with significant savings. The installation went well, we had no issues or complaints.Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC

This is our first full year of enjoying our very low electricity bills. Helio Solar is the company we chose to help us get set up. We were happy with the way the process went to ensure that the panels were in the correct place. The installation crew did a great job and left our place clean when the job was completed. Helio Solar power recently installed Jinko 390 watt solar panels on my roof with 2 Enphase 5p batteries providing back up of critical circuits with load controllers also installed to turn off critical circuits when the battery and solar energy available get low. The Enphase Equipment and Jinko panels they used are top notch and I have no worries about equipment. The sales process was pressure free and I my salesperson left me feeling assured rather than skeptical and without pressure. The price was outstanding and significantly lower than most of their competitors! I do have to give them 4 stars rather than 5 because the install process was not smooth. My install was very complex and there were mis understandings along the way that caused delays and additional visits that was frustrating. In the end Helio was always trying to make things right which I really appreciate. My perspective is that I had to work through a less than ideal install process to save tens of thousands of dollars in final cost which was worth it to me but might not be worth it to everyone. Be sure to invest in working with the sales to team to learn the different options available and why each one may be good or bad for you and then be sure exactly what you are getting when you sign the contract. If you are considering solar I think you should call Helio for a quote. You can trust your end product will be good quality equipment installed right for a good price.Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC
